I'm Fabi and today I will guide you in a meditation on the fire element.
Please take a comfortable position.
You can sit cross-legged or you can sit on your heels.
Or if you feel more comfortable,
You can also sit on a chair.
The important thing is that your spine is lengthened.
Try to find a position that you can hold for 15 or 20 minutes.
When you find your position,
Put your hands gently on your knee.
You can decide any mudra that you feel like.
You can do any mudra or simple chin mudra or giant mudra with your thumbs touching your index fingers.
And now close your eyes and just become aware about your physical body in this moment.
Just take this time to arrive in your physical body.
Feeling your legs touching the floor.
Feeling your shoulder relaxed and far from your heels.
And feel your spine lengthen and straight.
Relax your mouth,
Your nose,
Your eyes and all the muscles of your face.
Take just this time to observe your physical body.
Now take a deep breath in with your nose and release with your mouth all the tension.
And if you feel any restriction,
Breathe in in this point and breathe out with your mouth.
And just become aware about your breath in your physical body,
Your natural flow of breath.
And keep on breathing and breathe out with your nose.
And now connect with the fire element.
Start to visualize a big fire in front of you.
Maybe observe a little flame and see how this fire starts to expand to become bigger and higher.
Stare on this fire and hold the dance of their flames.
And the more that you serve this fire,
Feel that this fire became you.
You became this burning fire.
Feel the fire from your legs into your stomach,
Into your internal organs and feel that you are a strong and powerful fire.
Now visualize yourself,
Maybe any aspect of yourself that you want to let go,
That you want to change,
To transform.
Any behavior,
Any hunger,
Any fears.
Feel all these emotions became the fire.
Put in the fire your worries.
Put in the fire your anxieties,
Your fears.
Any situation that makes you hungry.
Put in the fire any limitation and beliefs that are stopping you to become the best version of yourself.
Visualize yourself as the dance of the flames that burn all the things that are not necessary anymore.
And when you feel enough,
Have the sensation that from the fire there is a version of you that rise up,
A new transformation.
See yourself as pure light of the same color of the flame.
And feel yourself light and lighter.
And this new version of yourself.
And feel gratitude for all the things that you have burned,
All your obstacles,
All your fears,
All the part of you that now you don't need anymore but they create the person that you are now.
Feel your inner fire,
Your inner power.
And now visualize this fire become little and little inside of your heart.
Go with your mouth and take it off.
Take it off this fire from your heart,
Outside yourself.
And as you are expressing a wish,
Whisper to your fire and put it off completely.
And just stay with the sensation of deep transformation.
And when you feel ready,
Start to visualize again yourself in this place,
In your physical body.
And start to notice maybe some difference from before and now.
Any little change is worthy.
And put your hands in Anjali Mudra in a prayer position close to your heart.
And feel your inner power.
And allow this flame of passion to guide you in all the moments of your day.
And when you feel ready,
Grab your hands and create eating.
Feel this heat of the fire again,
The track of the fire inside of your body.
And put this heat on your eyes.
And put your heat in your face.
Swap your hands on your throat,
On your heart,
On your belly,
On your lips,
On your legs.
And when you feel ready,
Coming back.
And open your eyes very gently.
