This short, stress-relieving movement break includes gentle stretches, breathing practices, acupoint massage and tapping, and YOQI® qigong flows. It is especially helpful if you’ve been studying or working in a seated position. This sequence helps release tension, stimulate the flow of qi (energy) and blood, and invites a few lighthearted moments along the way.
