This guided meditation with music supports you in cleansing your energy
and raising your vibration of consciousness through the Kawash method.
If you wish,
Sit up straight with your feet flat on the floor and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and ask your body to relax.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and ask your thoughts to quiet down.
Again in through the nose and out through your mouth and bring your attention to your heart.
First of all,
Let's align our energy fields properly.
Imagine a thin tube of source light above your head.
The tube is five centimeters in diameter.
Ask this tube to slowly pass through the center of your head and through your neck,
Your chest,
Your belly,
Between your legs so deep into the ground.
Now ask that all your energy fields are perfectly aligned and balanced.
Breathe in deeply and out.
Let's set our intention.
I ask an intent to make a loving connection with source
and allow the light and love of source to flow deeply through my body.
I ask an intent to create my sacred space strong and pure.
Only the energy of my higher self and source is in my sacred space.
My intention for now is to completely purify my energy fields
and raise my frequency of consciousness to a thousand hertz using the method of the car wash.
I ask an intent that my spirit family from source is with me now
and I am guided in this process by the Melchizedek Universal Teachers.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth
and bring your attention back to your heart.

Ask now and imagine that you are standing in front of some kind of energetic building.
There is a special room in this building that is an energetic car wash.
Just ask to be let in.
Just ask to be let there.
Now imagine going into this space.
It is like a room,
Not too big.
It's an energetic purification chamber.
It's like a car wash.
With sprinkler systems on all sides.
Just stand in the middle.
There is a little elevation made there that you can stand on.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth.
And now with this music,
Just ask to experience and imagine that all kinds of lights of source energy
from the sprinklers are now going to shine into the room.
Like laser beams with very soft and warm colors.
They shine from all sides and just like the water jets in a car wash,
These laser source lights move and shine on you.
Just watch what happens.
They shine on you from all sides,
Soft but also powerful with all kinds of warm colors on you.
And purify every aspect of your energy field around you.
From right and left.
Above you and below you.
In front of you and behind you.
And they move all around you.
Ask that these beautiful colors of source light support you to release and remove old and disruptive energies.
Breathe in deeply through your nose.
And out.
And with this new music,
Now ask that these moving rays of light around you also move gently through your body.
Your neck and your head.
Through your chest and arms.
Your legs and feet.
Everywhere this light goes,
It clears and removes old energies.
They radiate up from the ground beneath you.
They radiate from above you through your head and shoulders into your body.
They shine in front of you and also behind.
Let it happen and enjoy it.
They radiate from left and right around you and into you.
You are completely irradiated with this purifying and cleansing source light.
And now the cleansing is done.
Now breathe in deeply through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
And with this music there's an energy coming from the ceiling,
The walls and from the floor.
Swirling like silver purple snow and filling you completely with silver purple source light.
It is pure.
It fills you completely and spoils you.
It increases your energy and opens your consciousness.
Take your time to enjoy this.
Breathe in deeply through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
And bring your attention back into your heart.
And now ask to be completely anchored here and now in your body again.
