In this moment,
All is well,
And you are safe.
Bring your attention to your heart chakra,
And visualize your heart chakra as this magnet that draws towards it the different layers of your being,
The seven layers of your aura,
Magnetizing the whole of you to the center of your being,
Centering yourself.
And visualize an energy cord extend from your root chakra and go all the way down into the earth,
Digging through the soil,
Passing through different layers of soil and rock and crystal caves,
Crossing the threshold of the earth's crust into the magma,
Reaching for the center of the earth and tying itself around the earth's core,
Grounding you to the frequency of the earth,
Releasing any remaining toxic energy or stress or tension from your body through this cord and absorbing the grounding frequencies from the earth,
Allowing them to support you and recalibrate you,

Let's begin the journey to activating Avalon's four main portals.
Glastonbury,

We'll journey through four of Avalon's most sacred portals.
The first one will be the Chalice Well spring portal.
Now,
This sacred red spring flows endlessly,
Carrying the nurturing energy of the divine feminine.
It's a portal of heart healing,
Love and emotional renewal,
Inviting you to open fully to compassion and inner peace.
Next,
We'll move to the White Spring cave.
The White Spring offers purification and clarity.
It's a portal for releasing ego illusions and connecting with the pure essence of the divine masculine,
Therefore bringing strength and inner truth.
Within the White Spring cave,
We also find the Fairy Kingdom.
Hidden beyond the physical,
This portal opens into the realm of the elementals and nature's spirits.
It's a place of enchantment,
Creativity and deep connection to the magic of the natural world.
And then finally,
We'll activate the Glastonbury Tor portal.
The Tor is what Avalon is and where Avalon is said to be located physically.
It's a beacon of spiritual power where the two ley lines,
The Michael and the Mary lines representing the masculine and the feminine cross.
And therefore,
It's a portal of balance,
Helping you to harmonize your divine masculine and feminine energies and therefore access higher wisdom.
In each portal,
You'll activate new frequencies and codes within you,
Building on to the next one and the next one and the next one until you can finally open up the full essence of who you truly are,
Release your fears,
Release your limiting beliefs by activating the Glastonbury Tor portal.
So let's begin our journey at the Chalice Well Gardens.
I want you to visualize yourself at the entrance of this beautiful,
Idyllic garden.
You don't need to know exactly how the garden looks like,
Although you could google it if you wanted to.
Just visualize that you're at the entrance of this garden and you're starting to meander through it and you're walking through this garden right now,
Following this path,
Passing through different types of flowers.
There are fairies all around you and all kinds of elemental spirits saying hi,
Welcoming you and really starting to awaken this playful,
Feminine energy,
This spontaneity,
This fun,
Joy,
This freedom,
This ease and effortlessness.
And as you keep on walking through this garden,
The path leads you to the Sacred Well.
And this Sacred Well is a beacon of pure,
Divine,
Feminine energy.
It's decorated with beautiful flowers and there is a meditation space around it where you can sit and face it.
So go ahead and do so.
And as you sit by it,
Facing it,
You can really start leaning into this portal's energy.
At the depths of this well,
There is this powerful source of pure,
Feminine energy spewing out of this well.
It's the heart chakra of the earth.
And simply by being there,
You're bathing yourself in this frequency of the earth,
In this frequency of the earth's heart chakra.
Pure,
Divine,
Feminine energy.
The energy of releasing,
Acceptance,
Intuition,
Of creativity,
Coming up with ideas,
Nurturing.
It's birthing kind of energy.
And as you sit there,
Breathing deeply,
You let this energy awaken things within your energy field.
You don't need to try hard to activate this portal.
The portal is activated.
And simply by being there,
You allow yourself to entrain your energy to the energy of this portal.

So with gratitude towards the Chalice Well and all the fairies and elementals around you,
You make your way out of the garden and right across the street you find the White Spring Cave.
It's a cave and as you go inside,
There are multiple energy portals in there,
But right in front of you,
The end of the cave,
You can find the White Spring.
There's literally a spring from the mountain,
From the wall,
Just flowing down into this pool.
And the pool flows into another pool and then another pool.
And as you walk towards that,
You take your shoes off and you may want to take your clothes off as many people do so at the White Spring and enter the cool,
Refreshing water of the White Spring into this pool.
And as you walk inside and allow yourself to be submerged by the water,
Feel all your fears and limiting beliefs and your ego's need for control.
Just wash away,
Let it go completely.
Release all of your ego's illusions.
Fully submerge yourself into this water,
Letting it wash away your ego's control over you so that your soul can fully take over.
And instead,
The energy of this water activates within you the true essence of the divine musculine energy,
The energy of creation,
Planning,
Organization,
Taking action,
Moving forward,
Creating positive change in the world,
And proactivity.
The portal is the water.
And as you bathe yourself in this water,
Each molecule of the water emits this frequency of the divine musculine energy that seeps into your body,
Into your aura and reminds your body and your energy of what the divine musculine energy truly is.

It's time to head on to the final portal of Avalon,

As you step out of the Whitespring Cave with gratitude for the Whitespring Spirit,

This is the Glastonbury Tor,
The present-day Avalon.
You're at the foot of the hill right now,
And you're starting to walk up the hill in a winding spiral,
Walking around the hill.
And there is a sacred journey there.
As you take this winding pathway,
This labyrinth,
Essentially,
Up the Tor,
You're letting go of any obstacles,
Any fears,
Any challenges that you have that are preventing you from fully owning the essence of who you truly are,
Of your purpose,
Of your authentic nature,
Of the frequency of your soul.
You're letting go of stuff that aren't yours.
It's like a spiritual energy cleanse.
With every step you take,
You let go of something that no longer serves you.
You let go of what other people think about you.
You let go of caring about other people's opinions of you.
You let go of any frustrations or fears that you have.
You let go of toxic people,
Events from your past that are traumatizing you.
You let go of expired relationships,
Goals,
And ambitions.
You let go of older parts of you that no longer serve you.
And the higher you get,
The more you update and upgrade your identity to the frequency of your soul.
And as you reach the top of the Tor right now,
Where you find the St.
Michael's Tower,
The very top is the cross point of the Mary and Michael lines,
The ley lines,
Channeling the divine feminine and the divine masculine.
So right at the top of the hill,
That's where you experience and activate this portal of divine union,
The balance of the two energies.
Again,
Simply sit there and meditate.
Breathe deeply.
And allow this balanced divine union to activate within you the same balanced state.
Allow yourself to be entrained to the energy of the Tor.
Balancing the divine feminine energy that you activated at the Chalice Well with the divine masculine energy that you activated at the White Spring,

So as this golden light from your heart right now starts expanding through your body and through your aura,

And having activated your divine masculine,
Feminine and balanced energies within you,
You're now ready to bid farewell to Avalon and return to the present moment.
As you make your way up from your meditation space,

Knowing that Avalon is always there for you to access whatever you want.

And bring both of your hands on your heart chakra.
