Having gone through the steps of centering,
Grounding yourself,
And turning on your 360-degree vision,
Bring your attention to your physical body and see it in its energetic dimension,
And see it in its energetic dimension known as the first layer of your aura,
The etheric body.
Take some time to adjust your inner vision,
And then when you're ready,
Scan through your etheric body,
Looking for any psychic daggers,
Collective thought forms,
Or residual spatial energy in the form of dark energy,
Vibrational stains,
Etheric hogwebs,
Or any other energetic blocks that are cluttering your etheric body.
Depending on your primary intuition language,
You may not be able to see things,
But rather experience them through your different senses,
So just keep open and notice whatever comes up,
Paying attention to your thoughts,
Your emotions,
What you can hear,
And any sensations within your body.
Make a mental note of anything that comes up,
And then examine your etheric body even more closely to see if there are any toxic chords of attachment going outwards to other people,
Or to items,
Places,
Beliefs,
Or past lives.
Many of these chords will be connected to your chakras,
Particularly your heart and solar plexus.
Pay attention to these.
As you get a sense of these toxic chords of attachment,
Are these chords that you've created,
Or that other people have attached to you?
You can get a sense of this by mentally touching the chords and paying attention to how you feel as you do so.
This is important to understand the relationship and the nature of each attachment.
As you make a note of these toxic chords of attachment,
Shift your focus away from them right now and concentrate on your seven chakras.
What do they appear to be like?
Are they bright and clean,
Or dark and dingy?
Go all the way up from your root chakra,
Your sacral chakra,
Your solar plexus chakra,
Your heart chakra,
Your throat chakra,
Your third eye chakra,
And your crown chakra.
What would you say about their health?
Are any psychic daggers penetrating them,
Or are dark energies clogging them?
What types of energy attachments,
If any,
Do you see there?
Finally,
Expand your awareness to observe the layers of your aura that extend all around you.
You have seven different layers.
As you scan them,
Notice any dark stains of energy,
Low-level spirits,
Residual spatial energy,
Or any other bad vibes that your aura has absorbed over time in this area.
And as you identify these blocks,
Simply become aware of them without passing any judgment.
After scanning for and identifying all the different energy attachments within your body and aura,
You're now ready to release them.
As you gradually come out of the meditation,
Make sure to get your journal out and make a note of everything you've discovered,
So you can later clear it.
When you're ready,
Take a deep breath in,
Hold it,
And release.
