And welcome to this meditation where we will be connecting with Archangel Hope and we shall be placing our hopes and dreams in her loving care.
So what we shall do is just take a few moments to relax our bodies.
Focusing and sharpening our minds but relaxing our bodies and we shall do this by walking through the rainbow bridge and as we walk through the rainbow bridge we will be cleansing clearing and aligning our chakras and we shall also be relaxing our body relaxing our muscles,
Focusing our mind on the here and now,
The present.
So let's start by visualizing or knowing that we are in a field,
A field of golden wheat.
The sky is blue,
The gold represents the opportunities,
The cosmic gifts,
Your hopes and dreams and the blue sky is where we shall see the rainbow bridge.
Before the rainbow bridge appears we just anchor ourselves at an old oak tree.
The oak tree symbolizes wisdom,
Strength.
Are you ready?
Are you ready to fully allow yourself to now step into the rainbow bridge?
Stepping into the rainbow bridge,
Stepping into the red,
The radiant red.
Breathing in and out the radiant red and as you step into the orange you breathe in the red and orange allowing the colors to go where they are needed.
Breathing in and out,
In and out allowing the colors,
Vibrations to cleanse,
Clear and align your chakras,
Your physical,
Your mental,
Your emotional and spiritual bodies.
Stepping forwards now into the golden yellow.
Now we begin to breathe in the golden yellow and allowing the golden yellow to go where it is needed.
Breathing in and out,
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning.
Breathing in the emerald green,
Allowing the emerald green to go where it is needed.
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning.
Now stepping into the sapphire blue.
Breathing in the sapphire blue,
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning and as you breathe out you realize you are beginning to create a rainbow cloak around you with all of the colors.
Now stepping into the violet,
Breathing in the violet to every cell where it is needed.
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning.
Lastly we step into the pink.
Breathing in the pink,
Cleansing,
Clearing,
Aligning and as you step off the rainbow bridge you find yourself in a white mist and you find yourself wearing your rainbow cloak.
As the white mist disappears you see the most beautiful angel waiting for you.
This is Archangel Hope.
Archangel Hope comes to give you hope.
She comes to reassure you that what your heart is longing for,
What you are hoping for,
What you are praying for has been noted.
So I'm just now going to give you a moment to be with Archangel Hope.
So just say all the things that are on your mind and hand it all over to Archangel Hope and as the music faded away you know with all your heart that Archangel Hope is taking care of your hopes and dreams and wishes and she wants to remind you to continue to look for the rainbows,
To try and dance in the rain,
To be in the present,
To be happy with where you are knowing that you are on an amazing journey,
That heaven is helping you behind the scenes.
Know that you are so worthy and so deserving.
Know you are loved.
