Who told you you are not worthy,
Not good enough,
Not smart enough,
Not even physically making the grade?
If you're feeling that way,
I know that you have a lot of company.
Throughout history,
Men and women who've had a vision were always tested to the point even their friends and family doubted them,
Made fun,
And sometimes they felt so threatened that they imprisoned them for daring to dream.
How dare you show your magnificent,
Your beautiful self,
The version of a complete you shining in the sun?
Have we let ourselves believe that we're small and not enough and we'll never be enough?
Being humble and being humiliated are two completely different things.
To be grateful for your gifts,
To use yourself in a beautiful,
Creative way is something we sometimes can't help ourselves to do.
The creator or god or goddess of your understanding,
Whatever you want to call divine essence,
Higher power,
Is a creative energy in itself.
Allow yourself to connect to that enormous expansion.
Find a comfortable seat.
Sit and allow your body to relax and breathe in that beautiful breath and let go of all those things that don't serve you.
Breathing in and letting go of your breath,
See a gray cloud form,
Letting go of the low self-esteem and all the self-deprecating words.
Just see them float away like clouds.
Feel a sense of ease in your body as you breathe in and let the breath go.
Feel your hands softly resting on your legs and allow the collarbone to expand wide.
Feel the scapula supporting your back,
The rib cage,
And scan down to your sit bones and sense the beautiful,
Gentle reset of the spine.
Let go and allow any nagging,
Residual thoughts.
See as if they're going down into the earth,
As if a trap door,
There were two little trap doors on the bottom of your feet,
And you see all these unwanted things stumble down into the molten core of the earth.
With hot molten core can transform that energy,
Clean it to a golden liquid that comes up back through all the layers of the earth,
All through the diamonds,
The rubies,
The agates,
The jasper,
The crystals,
And up through your feet,
Feel this golden liquid flow through your body,
Up the spine,
Down the arms,
All the way up to the head.
And relax the eyes,
Feel the inner campus of the eyes and the outer eye,
The top of the lid,
The bottom,
The roundness of the eyes as they relax in the sockets,
As they seem to turn inward and feel the softness of the outer ear,
Is beautiful curvature as it tunes in a little bit more to the inner ear.
It's almost as if you can hear your heartbeat and breathing,
And then allow the whole face to relax,
Let go the jaw,
The tongue,
The throat.
Just breathe in and out and feel the left eyebrow,
Then the right eyebrow and feel the space between the eyebrows.
Perhaps it has a small sensation to it,
Or maybe even a smell to it,
And you feel this tingle and notice that there's a sensation or a light coming in as golden as the sun,
Perhaps infused with the blue of a sky,
Or just silver as a full moon.
Let it come into,
Feeling like it's coming into every part of your body,
All the cells lighting up,
Even the spaces between the cells are lighting up as you feel this energy coming in.
Let it keep coming in surrounding the cells,
In all the organs of the body,
Feel it filling up so much,
The space between the eyebrows with this divine light coming into you.
Feel it coming out so strongly,
Even out of the pores of your body.
And imagine as if you're sitting in this crystal cup of energy.
And as you fill up with this crystal cup of energy,
Imagine in your mind's eye,
You get up and see a door in front of you.
Get up and in your mind's eye,
Touch it,
See how long it's been here.
Do you know it?
Is it new?
What's it made of?
And you open it and go down three steps.
As you step down,
The number one lights up and disappears.
As quickly as it does that,
Number two comes up as you step down,
And then three,
And then you finally touch the ground.
And you see yourself going down a hallway filled with many crystals and see a room off to the side.
And notice you're dressed for just this right occasion.
And you go into this room,
There's so many candles and you see there's a large telescope there.
It's open to the heavens.
And you see at the bottom of this telescope,
There's a notebook right there,
And it has a chair.
And that chair is perfect for you.
And you open it and it has your name in it.
And it has the date and time,
Where you were born,
When you were born,
And even a star map made of the day that you were born.
And it says right inscribed next to it,
This is a special person.
My work is done.
More shall be revealed.
You read the words again,
Your name next to your date of birth and saying you're a special person.
And you look at the stars and notice the stars are much different than when the day you were born.
But that your work isn't done yet.
That someone believes you're special.
Now,
You can take some time for yourself and turn this off and write down just what it is you've always dreamed of,
What you'd like this year to be,
What it is that you'd like for the next year.
What would you like to add to the story?
Be sure to have some fun with it and keep the love in there too.
And when you're done,
Come back and see yourself getting up in this room with the telescope,
With a journal,
With your star map.
And you can even add more in the list of things you'd like to do and write an affirmation for yourself.

Now go through the hall with the crystals shining so brightly,
So many colors.
And you feel this wonderful energy as you walk up the steps,
Lighter than when you went through the door.
And you feel gratitude and great appreciation that you've been shown that you're special,
That your life is not over and that more shall be revealed.
So imagine a beautiful life,
A beautiful year,
A day at a time.
