
Full Moon Meditation
The moon is a bright, glowing orb in the sky. The moon is now at its full manifesting power. Allow this meditation to drop you into deep presence and your manifesting powers. A celebration of you and your wholeness.

Welcome to this full moon meditation.
This meditation will help you connect to the presence of the full moon energy.
A perfect time for celebration and preparation to dissolve what no longer serves you.
Full moon invites us to recognize what is standing in the way of your current desires and encourages you to take the lead to manifest the abundance you deserve.
Find a comfortable space where you will not be disturbed,
Perhaps somewhere where you can see the moon or feel her presence close by.
Take a moment to get yourself into a comfortable upright position,
Allowing any free organic movements before entering into some stillness.
Lengthen through the spine and the crown of the head.
Relax the tops of your hands on the knees or thighs.
Take a deep inhale through the nose,
Pausing up the top.
And as you exhale,
Open the mouth,
Sigh it out,
Clearing breath.
Inhale two more times,
Just like this,
Inhaling through the nose.
Slight pause up the top.
Exhale,
Create some sound,
Release.
Last one,
Breathing fully in with a gentle pause.
Exhale,
Letting it out.
Once you feel ready,
Gently close your eyes,
Turning your senses inwards.
Allow yourself to become anchored to this moment right here.
Feel your breath flow freely in and out through the nose.
Notice the belly is expanding on every inhale.
And how the belly contracts on every exhale.
Continue to feel the sensation of the fullness as you breathe in,
And a full deflation as you breathe out.
Becoming aware of how satisfying your breath is,
Nourishing your body.
And as you connect even more to your breath,
Allowing the breath to breathe you.
Under this potent full moon energy,
Allow yourself to meet this experience with compassion and gratitude towards yourself for being here,
For existing,
For being here.
For existing,
For being you.
I invite you to bring the corners of your lips up towards your ears to find a sweet and tender smile.
And breathe in this compassion and gratitude for yourself.
Travel this down into your heart space.
And as you exhale,
Relax the lips and extend this compassion and gratitude to those in your life,
Your loved ones.
Visualizing this moonlit energy surrounding them wherever they are with this positive light.
May the light of this full moon gift you with the full permission to celebrate all that you are,
All your achievements this past month.
And allow your heart to open up to taste the wisdom of your spirit.
To feel the intelligence of your body.
To see the love that is always around you and inside of you.
How does it feel in your body when you decide to choose love over fear?
Totally accepting yourself as you are in this moment.
Repeat to yourself after me.
I am whole.
I am enough.
As I am.
Simply by existing,
I have reason and purpose.
I am enough.
I am.
Follow each inhale deeper and deeper inward towards your heart space.
Roll your internal gaze inwards towards your third eye where your innate wisdom resides.
Just as the moon influences the ocean's movements,
Visualize and observe the pull of the moon on your own inner waters.
Ebbing and flowing softly.
Your thoughts relax and become fluid like the waves crashing against the shore.
Coming and going.
There is no need to attach here.
Setting the intention here of pure gratitude.
As you inhale,
Invite in the positive light of the full moon to surround you and hold you here in this moment.
As you exhale,
Feel the inner tides washing away anything that no longer serves you for your highest good.
Continue to inhale positive light,
Exhale washing away.
Noticing how this feels to truly embody this sensation.
Breathing in that positive light,
Feeling it travel down through your insides.
And as you exhale,
Clear to create space.
Each and every breath rejuvenating and balancing your energy.
Illuminating the core of your being.
Meeting yourself with this sense of presence.
So that each ripple on the surface is held,
Witnessed and met with loving intent.
Honoring yourself with deep reverence.
Inviting in the positive light of the full moon to surround you now.
And hold you just as you are here in this moment.
What does your body feel like when you feel lunar's energy and white light streaming through your body?
What does it feel like when you feel lunar's energy and white light surrounding you,
Cradling you and holding you?
How does the weight of your body feel?
Simply acknowledging all the sensations happening inside of you right now.
As you continue to visualize the moon's light surrounding your entire field.
As you are seated here in this restful state,
Honor grandmother moon for supporting you.
For reaffirming that you are never alone.
For shining the light on the dark.
For helping you see clearly.
And for dissolving what is no longer of your highest good.
To create space for what is.
A beautiful reminder that your body is a messenger.
Your body is always communicating with you your needs and your desires in each moment.
Life is happening for you and your soul's evolution.
Honoring yourself here.
Thanking your heart.
Thanking your mind for working together in harmony.
For having each other's back and checking in with one another.
This is where you create that divine union between the two.
A reminder to check in with your heart.
To check in with your mind.
To not abandon one or the other.
Remember you always have the access within.
To meet yourself with love through breath,
Kindness and compassion.
Repeating after me.
I am whole.
I am grateful for all that I am.
I am able to forgive and dissolve any resistance.
I am grounded in the present moment,
Right here,
Right now.
I fully embrace this full moon energy.
Inhale to take a nice deep breath in through the nose.
And exhale,
Release,
Clear the breath.
Slowly start to bring your awareness back to your physical body.
Start to deepen your breath and invite in some gentle movement.
However this looks like for you.
Perhaps some spinal waves,
Some rolls through the neck.
Maybe reaching the arms up overhead.
Once you feel complete.
Open your eyes nice and slowly.
Landing back to your surroundings.
Staying here as long as you like.
