This is a meditation to start your day peacefully,
Centered,
And calm.
I want you to sit with your legs crossed in a comfortable position with your hands on your knees,
Palms up,
And we will start with two inhales and exhales to clear any negative energy.
Three,
Two,
One,
In.
Again,
In.
Release all the negativity and anxiety out of your body.
This is a new day,
A new beginning.
You have control of this day.
I want you to start slowly waving your body from your hips side to side like soft waves of the ocean.
Feel the music in your body.
Side to side.
I want you to smile,
Smile as the air flows around you.
Feel the sunlight shining on your face.
Listen to the ocean water.
This is your day.
This is your time.
Nobody else but you is in this moment.
I want you to feel light shining at the top of your head.
A golden,
Strong,
Warm light.
I want you to feel it working its way down your face,
Down your neck,
Slowly down your shoulders and arms,
Your abdomen,
Your sacral.
Let it embrace your legs,
Your knees,
Flowing all the way down to your toes.
Breathe in and envision this light turning into a big golden ball of joy and light and love around you.
I want you to lift your arms up high into the sky above your head,
Pulling that energy through to the top of your head.
You are creating this circle of life and love around you.
I want you to hold it there and sit in this moment.
You are light,
You are love,
You are peace.
Carry this throughout your day.
The more you practice,
The more you feel it,
Share it with those around you.
This energy is yours to share.
