Welcome to this yoga nidra for self-love.

Find a comfortable position lying down,

Allowing your body to be fully supported.

Close your eyes and begin to settle into the sacred space of inner exploration.

Take a few deep breaths,

Allowing each exhale to release any tension or urgency from your day.

Notice how your body naturally wants to soften and surrender.

There's nothing you need to do,

Nowhere you need to go.

This is your time to rest,

To reconnect and to remember who you truly are beneath all the stories and judgements.

I invite you now to turn your attention to the inner sensations of your body,

Feel the innate aliveness that pulses through every cell,

Every fiber of your being.

This vital life force is undeniable,

It flows through you without effort,

Without your permission.

Feel it like a pure vibration of the body just as it is.

This is the energy that has carried you through every moment of your life,

That force that beats your heart and breathes your breath.

As you are opening to this life force that is living through you,

Allow yourself to touch into your heart space.

Feel the warmth,

The openness,

The tender vulnerability that lives here.

Feel your heart's deepest desire,

Not what you think you should want but what your heart truly longs for.

Ask yourself how does it live through you,

Your purpose,

Your values,

Your meaning?

Allow yourself to feel this,

Not think it.

Let it be a felt sense,

Not a cognitive answer.
