After reading a book by Kelly A Turner 'Radical Remission' i was amazed how little do we know about cancer and alternative methods of healing it. Meditation is of course a crucial part of it and will always be a bridge between your mind and your body.

Hello everyone.

This guided meditation is for those who is going through a challenge,

Who is fighting cancer.

However,

Why do we fight it?

Isn't it wiser to change the approach and accept it?

Maybe talk to it.

Make a connection and find out what does it take for it to live.

I called this recording Hello Cancer.

Because it is daring,

It is different.

And it will open a new pathway of communication between you and the cancer.

We all know that unexpressed emotions and heavy feelings can influence our health.

Therefore the number one approach is to release them and connect with your inner voice.

So you know what is going on in your body before it gets to this stage.

Let's begin.

Just make yourself comfortable.

Your feet and hands are not touching.

Find a really imagined spot on the ceiling or look at your own eyebrows.

Look up.

Fix your eyes on that really imagined spot on the ceiling or look at your own eyebrows and take a deep breath in and out.

Every time you breathe,

Relaxation coming upon you.

Take another deep breath in.

Don't move your eyes.

And breathe out.

And now take another deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Slowly slowly start closing your eyelids but keep your eyeballs up.

You feel a fluttering of your eyelids and that is a good sign.

Bring your eyeballs up,

Closing your eyelids down.

Slowly slowly your breath is becoming more balanced.

Nerves and muscles in and around your eyes are becoming heavier and heavier.

You can forget all about your eyes now.

And imagine you are standing on a balcony and looking down.

Bring your chin down a little bit to have this looking down sensation.

As you look down,

You see a staircase which consists of 10 steps.

Every time you take a step down,

You are going to relax deeper and deeper.

So imagine you are taking step 10.

You are going deeper and deeper.

You are taking step 9.

You can feel your feet,

See your feet,

Hear your feet.

Taking each step and you are going deeper.

You are taking step 8 and 7 as every nerve,

Every muscle in your body turns loose,

Lets loose and you are going deeper.

You are taking step 6.

You are half way down.

You are taking step 5.

As every noise,

Every voice,

Every sound around you is helping you to relax deeper.

You are taking steps 4 and 3,

Going deeper,

Drifting deeper,

Sinking deeper and deeper into an awareness of yourself.

You are taking step 2 now,

Feeling even more relaxed,

Feeling your body sinking into that chair or sofa and you are going deeper.

You are taking step 1.

Feeling relaxed,

Deeply relaxed.

And now step into step 0.

Let everything go and leave it outside of that 0,

Finding yourself floating through the middle of that 0,

Leaving everything else outside,

Just hearing my voice.

As you go deeper you can feel every sense of your body,

Smell,

Touch,

Vision,

Hearing,

Taste.

Feel and acknowledge each of them.

What do you smell?

What do you touch?

Your sense or feelings?

What do you see through that closed eyes of yours?

What sounds do you hear around?

And what do you taste?

Now breathe deeply and slowly.

Establishing the connection between your mind and your body.

Take a deep breath in again and out.

And now do it again acknowledging every sense of your body.

In and out.

And now slowly imagine that you have a scanner inside you.

It's a visual scanner.

It scans your body from the top of your head to the tip of your toes.

And as you do that spread the imaginable healing plate scanning through your body,

Taking everything what is not supposed to be there with it through the soles of your feet.

As you push through this scanning plate you can see clearly where is a constriction,

Where is a blockage.

Usually it's red.

Usually you feel that node.

Go back to that constriction,

To that node and breathe into it.

Breathe in your healing power and exhale freeing the access for the healing energy to get through that constriction and to break it into millions of pieces.

Do it two or three times with the same blockage,

With the same constriction until you feel lighter in that location.

Inhale into the constriction.

And exhale by opening the entrance for the healing energy.

After breathing through every constriction in your body,

Every blockage,

Go to the location of the cancer.

While you are trying to establish a connection with the cancer,

Do remember the cancer is also a part of your body.

It is a creation of your body,

So be kind towards it.

Now visualize its shape and color.

Visualize its size.

Once you have a clear image of it,

It appears right in front of you,

Ready to talk to you.

Your intuition is always here to help you communicate with your body.

Say hello and ask the cancer a question.

What do I need to do to make you go?

And repeat the question.

What do I need to do to make you go?

And repeat it again.

And as you repeat the question,

Send it to the universe to receive an answer.

Your intuition will provide you the answer straight away.

Ask another question,

What does it take to set myself free?

Send this question to the universe so it can send you an answer.

While you wait for the answer,

Concentrate on your breathing.

Go back to every sense all over again.

Acknowledge it.

Your sense of smell.

Your sense of taste.

Your sense of touch.

Your sense of hearing.

And your sense of sight.

Acknowledge and be grateful for what you feel.

Now go back to that shape and color which represents the cancer and say thank you for being here.

I know there is a message in your presence and I am here to listen.

I know I have not been looking after myself as I should have done.

And I promise to take a good care of myself.

I know I have carried many negative emotions within myself and I intend to let them go.

I know I have been fearful of you.

And I promise to be grateful.

Thank you for being here.

I hear the message through your presence.

As you say these words,

Take a pause and listen.

Slowly,

Slowly,

Through your healing breath.

Return to your senses.

Every sense in your body.

Return to it one by one.

Take a deep breath in.

Pulling the healing energy through your toes,

Through your body,

To the top of your head and out.

Letting go every blockage,

Every negative emotion,

Every sense of fear and another deep breath in.

Taking the healing energy through every cell of your body,

Every layer of your body and pushing it out of your body.

Old habits,

Old beliefs out of your body.

And one more time,

Deep breath in,

Breathing in healing energy like a healing vortex going through your body,

Every cell,

Taking away with it every negative emotion,

Thought,

Pattern,

Breathe out,

Pushing out everything which shouldn't be there out of your body.

And you can now slowly open your eyes and be ready for tomorrow's meditation of healing energy and phenomenal internal communication.

Listen to this meditation every day to let your energy flow freely and your body heal by itself.
