Welcome to this quick 5-minute manifestation meditation.
Please find your most comfortable position,
Keeping your back upright but not uptight.
You can gently close your eyes or keep them slightly open.
First,
Let's take a moment to find stillness and more presence in our body.
Bringing your awareness to your face,
Relaxing all the muscles in your face.
Relaxing your jaw,
The muscles around your eyes,
Normally we hold a lot of tension here.
So simply with each exhale,
Relax and release if there is any tightness in your body.
Relaxing your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your chest.
Relaxing your abdomen muscles,
Relaxing your legs and all the way down to your feet.
Allow yourself to be present in your body.
Now I'm going to count from five to one.
You'll feel that with each descending number,
You're going deeper in your mind.
Five,
Four,
Deeper,
Three,
Two,
One.
Now we are in a relaxed state and ready to enter into our visualization.
I invite you to ask yourself,
What do you want to bring into your reality?
Now focus on this experience,
This experience of having your wish already fulfilled.
How would you feel if right now in this moment,
You've already manifested this reality?
What kind of emotions are coming up in your body?
Connect with these emotions.
Focus on the abundance.
Focus on the ways that this would happen.
This can happen.
This has happened.
Keeping your body relaxed and tuning into these positive emotions of having your wish already fulfilled.
You connecting with this emotion is a sign that you're bringing this into your reality.
So right now,
Just take a moment to smile,
To connect with the happiness,
To set an intention to follow joy,
To do things that will make you happy today and leave the rest on the powerful forces around you.
It is done.
It is done.
It is done.
Now let's close this practice and come back again tomorrow to connect with the feeling of this wish already fulfilled,
