You will first need to stand up.
Many times,
You block energy within you,
It stagnates within your body,
And because this energy is blocked within you,
It stops you from entering a state of relaxation.
For this meditation,
As you stand up,
Keeping your eyes open,
To start by shaking your hands slowly at first,
And as you shake them,
Just be a witness,
Watch what is happening.
Have you seen how many times babies shake themselves?
In the wild,
Many times,
Animals,
After they have been through a stressful situation,
Just shake themselves,
Shaking off all that they are holding onto.
We are going to emulate that,
So start by shaking your hands,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake your hands,
And as you shake your hands,
Watch what happens.
Suddenly,
As you are shaking,
Your hands start shaking on their own,
And increase the speed of shaking your hands.
Keep shaking,
Shaking,
Shaking,
Releasing whatever you have been holding on through the day.
As you shake your hands,
Allow the shaking,
Allow these vibrations to flow.
Now shaking your elbows,
Shaking your shoulders,
Keep shaking,
Keep shaking,
Increasing the intensity of shaking,
Moving your shoulders up and down,
Left and right,
In circular motions,
Shaking your shoulders,
Your elbows,
Your hands,
Your wrists,
And now start swinging your shoulders,
Your hands,
Allowing that shaking to go through your body,
Shaking your hips,
Shaking your legs,
Start shaking your legs,
And increase the intensity,
Shaking off everything that you might be holding onto,
Releasing any blockages.
Keep shaking,
Keep moving,
Allowing your body to shake and move in whatever way it wants.
You just be a witness,
Watching.
As you shake,
Feel the heat,
Shaking your body,
Shaking your head.
You can make sounds if you want to with your mouth,
As you shake things off,
Jumping,
Releasing.
You feel like you have shaked what needs to be shaken off,
Released it,
Removed it from you.
Become still,
Standing still,
And now close your eyes,
And just watch how your fear heartbeat might have increased.
Just watch.
Feel how it feels to release stagnant energy,
Open,
Keeping your eyes closed,
In both your hands on your heart center,
Feeling a certain warmth,
A certain energy in your hands,
An energy of divine love flowing through you,
Through your heart.
After having shaked whatever needs to be of love,
Your peace,
Your bliss,
Your duopragm,
To your inhalations and exhalations.
