
What Is The GooGoo GaGa Meditation™?
GooGoo GaGa Meditation™ is a playful yet powerful meditation technique founded by Yogesh Chabria that helps people reduce stress, anxiety, overthinking, emotional heaviness, and mental fatigue. Through laughter, movement, sound, breath, awareness, and deep silence, the practice helps release emotional blocks, awaken creativity, increase energy, and reconnect people with joy, love, and inner freedom. Scientific research has shown that laughter and playful states can reduce cortisol (the stress hormone), improve immune function, increase oxygen intake, boost endorphins, and support emotional healing and resilience.
