Hi and welcome to Happy Mind Meditations.
This meditation is a sleep meditation designed to help you unblock the flow of money.
Many of us have been raised in an environment where we're taught either by society or our parents in the idea of lack or scarcity,
That there is not enough money for everyone,
Or that money is negative.
In reality,
Money is simply a currency that we use to share the flow of energy.
It's not good or bad,
But these sorts of negative underlying subconscious beliefs can block the flow of money,
Even when we truly desire money in our lives.
So,
This meditation was designed to help shift your subconscious mind back into receive mode by recreating newer healthier beliefs around money and wealth.
You will sink into a deeper sleep and wake in the morning feeling refreshed,
Revitalized and in a more positive state of mind.
Listening to this meditation each night will help retrain any negative subconscious thought patterns around money.
And with this new relationship with money programmed into your subconscious mind,
You will begin to naturally see the abundance of opportunities that exist all around you.
The window of time before you drift off to sleep is the most powerful time to influence your subconscious mind.
So,
As you drift off to sleep,
Listening to my voice,
Your subconscious mind will naturally take over and continue to receive the positive affirmations as you sleep.
The affirmations I am using are based on some of the most common misconceptions around money and designed to help you make a powerful shift into a more positive mindset around money.
So,
Let's first begin by focusing on just one thing that happened in our day today that made you feel grateful.
Gratitude is the most powerful way to tap into that feeling of abundance.
So,
Bring to mind something that happened,
It can be as simple as your morning cup of coffee or catching the sunset,
Whatever works for you and just focus and bring to mind this one thing that you are grateful for,
However big or small,
And allow yourself to relive this experience.
Now,
Use your senses,
What can you see?
How did the air smell?
Was the weather warm,
Cold,
Was there any taste involved?
And now take the time to appreciate that moment.
Let's now prepare your mind and your body for sleep.
Let's start by taking a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and a gentle exhale through your mouth,
Really relaxing with each breath as you continue to take these slow,
Deep inhale and exhales.
Now,
I want you to imagine with every exhale that you're breathing out all of the stress and the worries of your day and just visualize within your body a dark,
Black smoke which represents all of the stress and worry that's accumulated over the day.
And with each exhale,
I want you to imagine that it's making its way down your spine and down the back of your spine into the ground below.
And as you continue to take slow,
Deep breaths in and out,
Just visualize all of that stress and worry,
That black smoke leaving your body and entering the ground below.
Let it expand and on the exhale,
Now let your chest and every muscle in your chest relax.
All muscles within your face,
Around your eyes,
You'll feel every single muscle relax.
I want you to just place your hands over your heart center and take a deep breath in.
And I just want you to bring to mind and focus on one specific desire that you have relating to money.
Pick just one thing that you would like to have in your life now and be as specific as you can.
Set that clear intention of what you want to receive.
It can be any amount or simply that you desire more flow of money into your life.
I want you to visualize in your mind's eye how it feels to have this in your life.
Your desire is in your life.
Just focus on your heart center and simply allow yourself to sink deeper into the experience of having your desire in your life.
Right?
And to rise,
Just give yourself permission to let them go and indulge in what it would feel like if the money was in your life right now.
Your desire already exists in your life as you slowly drift off to sleep.
All thoughts of the future for now,
Any excitement,
Any doubts and just allow yourself to trust that everything is now taken care of.
Your subconscious mind will take over now.
And as you let go,
You're getting more and more drowsy and sleepy as you fall deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Open to receiving abundance from in the universe.
I am grateful for the opportunities that money provides for personal growth and contribution.
I feel so thankful now that I have received all of my desires,
Wealth and success effortlessly and make wise decisions with my money.
I attract prosperous and like-minded people who support my financial goals.
