Let's take a moment to breathe together.

Our collective consciousness begins to shift when we unlearn patterns.

My dear listener,

Who you are right now isn't the same person physically,

Mentally or energetically who you were a day,

A week or even a month ago.

Why then are we so confused with our identity or self?

What's ever-changing gives us a chance to reinvent,

Rebirth,

Rediscover.

I invite you now to witness this ever-changing body,

Ever-changing thoughts.

No two breaths,

No thoughts,

Not even the two sides of your own body are the same.

You are simply unique,

The only one out there.

No one has walked the planet before you or exists today,

Nor will there be another one just like you.

You are simply one of a kind.

Now,

My dear one,

You need to truly ask yourself,

What is your gift?

What is your gift to yourself,

To the community and to this life itself?

If you struggle with the response,

Stay in this special quiet place of your own heart and listen,

Truly listen.

You may search for this response in the depths of your practice,

You may search for it within your family and friends,

And you may even search for it at work.

What is your special gift?

Is it the way you love,

Is it your talent,

Is it all your accomplishments,

Or is it simply you,

The one magnificent,

Wonderful you?

Is it you now,

Was it you yesterday,

Will it be you tomorrow?

Has it always been and always will be the gift of you?

Be you and no one else,

Simply you.
