Relax as much as possible.

Let yourself go.

Let yourself go limp.

Just relax with your eyes closed.

Remain aware and centered.

Keep your focus on your breath if you need to during this meditation.

Follow the music as long as you can and when the music stops,

Then you stop.

Try to keep your mind still when the music stops.

See how long you can go.

It may be a short time,

It may be a long time,

But see how long you can go when the music stops.

Just be aware.

Be conscious.

Relax.

Be totally relaxed.

Let it all go.

No future.

No past.

Nothing to worry about.

Nothing to have anxiety over.

Just here,

Now,

In this present moment,

Relaxation.

Do not try to meditate.

Just be meditation.

Be yourself.

Be beautiful.

But let yourself go.

The next time you hear these bells,

After the music stops,

I want you to come back slowly.

Just stay and do not think about time.

Do not think about anything.

Do not think about the music.

Just watch.

Just watch it.

Watch as my words go away.

Watch.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Be the watcher.

Carry throughout your day what you felt in this meditation.

Those moments of silence.

Those beautiful moments of silence.

Those moments when you became a Buddha.

You are a Buddha.

You're just asleep.

You just need to wake up and realize that you are.

And in these moments of meditation,

These deep moments,

You'll discover your Buddhahood.

Come back.

Come back slowly.

Come back.

Feel your feet.

Feel your body.

Wiggle your toes.

Wiggle your fingers.

Slowly open your eyes when you're ready.

If you're not ready and you just need to stay in silence,

Stay in silence for as long as you can.

And that's that moment.

Thank you.
