We are back again today for another meditation experience and today is called Choices and Change and it is about our choices that we make in life that leads to change and it's change which is the one constant which a lot of times that we hold on to where we are and it's being open to change.
So everyone,
Choices and change.
Counting down from four.
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Go.
Closing your eyes.
Bring yourself to this moment.
Bring yourself to this moment.
Choices and change.
The choices you get to make in this life.
The choices you have made has led to change.
So let us start today's meditation with one big breath.
Breathing throughout the body and letting go of anything that does not serve you.
Just one breath.
Heart,
Head,
Higher self.
Body,
Mind,
Soul.
So with this next breath connecting all three.
Allowing the breath to run up through the spine,
Spiraling around the heart,
The head and as high as up as you can take it to your higher self.
And at that point,
Anything that does not serve you,
Really let it go.
Just one breath.
Take your attention inside your body.
The feelings of the body.
The thoughts of the mind.
And then you have the experience,
Which is the soul.
This experience for yourself.
And it's your feelings that are the truth.
Your thoughts,
They will come and go.
So to become the observer of those thoughts.
And then making a choice.
Latching on,
Pulling down,
To bring it inside the body.
The images of the mind.
Stimulates the senses of the body.
So let us start by bringing our attention inside the body.
And to leave you in stillness.
Becoming the observer.
A quick scan of your body.
And just notice where your attention goes.
Just feel that energy flow.
A choice to be here in this moment.
A choice to be free.
Freedom is the soul.
And to be with your soul,
You have to feel it.
Which means the mind is inside the body.
To describe these feelings.
So if we simplify life down to a choice to dissolve the body.
Describe the feelings.
Now in this moment.
Fear or love.
And you know the truth.
Your soul is smiling.
An experience of peace.
And that energy inside the body,
Peace,
By peace,
Is connecting you more with that feeling.
So if we simplify life down to a choice.
Fear or love.
So what is love?
Love as a feeling.
In any given moment,
You can always ask a question.
What will love do?
What would love do?
What would love do?
Just one breath.
Enjoy that feeling.
Love guides you.
The guide is your soul.
Your soul.
Your intuition.
That inner voice.
That gut feeling.
That knowing.
That feeling.
When you know.
You know.
Because when you know,
You have that feeling.
A know in.
Inside the body.
So anything that is not that feeling.
That feeling.
At the mind you get to say.
No.
And that choice leads to change.
To bring yourself back to this moment.
Take your attention to your heart centre.
Beat to your heart.
The calmness of your body.
From the quietness of your mind.
A perfect partnership.
Mind body.
Mind body.
Body mind.
A perfect relationship.
Your body is the ship.
Your vessel.
And the relation is with your mind.
The captain of the ship.
The choice from the mind.
Allows the change.
From the body.
What you think comes true.
What you put out comes back.
Inspired thinking.
Expanded awareness.
Deeper connection.
A simple choice.
The choice is so simple.
It just is.
The feeling just is simple.
And if you feel inside your body.
Change is taking place.
A shift in energy.
Magic from within.
Your feelings are your feelings.
And no one can ever take away those feelings.
Because those feelings are your truth.
The choice.
Is to stand up.
On your truth.
To live life.
As your truth.
The change is clear to see.
The growth from your soul.
The growth from your story.
Change is growth.
A growing body.
A mind growing.
Be proud of that feeling.
You created that feeling.
You created that feeling.
So showing up today.
Showing up with that choice.
Simplifying life down to that choice.
The choice and the change.
The change.
Simple choice.
In your own time.
Take your time.
Slowly bring yourself back to this moment.
Just be.
Just be.
And remember your feelings are the truth.
Stay with your feelings.
Just be.
