Hi everyone,
It's Harry the Soul Coach and welcome to my meditation experiences.
It's time to go on a solar coaster.
Welcome,
Welcome everyone.
We are back again today for another meditation experience and today is called the dream state and this has just been inspired by listening to stories over the last few years when people explain they have trouble sleeping and they never remember their dreams or in many cases they never have any dreams.
So all these words that we already said and speak is creating that as a reality.
So the dream state,
You could even call it the perfect dream state,
We're going to prepare ourselves to be into a dream state and when anyone says those words,
I never dream,
That's a lie instantly,
A lie unto yourself because if you take away the word sleep,
You are dreams.
Life is full of dreams.
When we dream,
They become true.
A dream,
A wish,
Eyes closed,
Eyes opened.
So if we pay attention to the words that we speak beforehand,
Then when our head hits the pillow,
We're conditioning the body to have a perfect night's sleep.
So this is a great one to really bring awareness to setting the right environment before going to bed and just bringing awareness to how we can approach every single day in a unique,
Authentic way to go into that rest state.
So everyone,
As always,
To enjoy this experience,
To get yourself into that comfortable position,
Bring awareness to the feelings inside the body and as we go into that first breath,
Your shoulders,
You'll carry quite a lot on your shoulders.
If we add that to our entire life,
We've carried the world on our shoulders.
So bring awareness to the shoulders on that first breath and as you let that breath out,
Really just feel those shoulders relax,
Drop,
Sink,
Rest.
So we're going to do a countdown from four.
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Go.
Close in your eyes.
Bring yourself to this moment.
Bring yourself to this moment.
Back again.
So on this first breath,
Awareness on the shoulders,
The back of the shoulders.
Just one breath.
Taking your attention inside your body.
Just to pay close attention to what takes place in your body.
Subtle changes.
So bring an awareness to the position you are in now.
And with this next breath,
Is to lengthen the spine with the least movement.
And a great approach to this,
Imagine the energy from your breath.
Pulls up the spine.
Lengthens.
Straightens.
And it is a subtle change.
And after that first breath,
Find the space and breathe once again.
So just one breath.
Breathing into that space.
Notice that feeling.
So bring an awareness to the space of the body.
And wherever your attention goes in that space,
Bring awareness to the energy.
Subtle change inside the body.
Feel that energy inside your body.
That light feeling.
That light rise in the space.
Spirit rising.
So now try to take your attention to the space of the body.
Take your attention as far away from the body as your awareness allows you to go.
And bring awareness to that feeling of your attention over there.
Connected by spirit.
Subtle movements flowing from the body.
And yet you still feel at one with the body.
Completely safe in this space.
The space between the body.
No body.
Body completely still.
A well-rested body.
A body you always can rely on.
Always protected from your body.
So notice how we're talking about the body.
Your body.
Because you are the soul.
You are the spirit.
So imagine now looking back at the body.
And imagine looking through the eyes of a little child.
Looking at your body.
They look like they are sleeping.
They are completely checked out.
That person is so peaceful.
They look like they are enjoying their dreams.
So now bring awareness to what takes place when we sleep.
Your soul goes off.
Away from the body.
And a great comparison is to where you are right now.
Your soul is away from the body.
Now bring awareness to the feeling inside your body.
A good night's sleep is this feeling inside the body.
If we bring awareness it's such a good feeling.
And the mind usually misses out.
It's the mind that always wants part of the action.
The ego of the mind.
Present in the awakened state.
We've just experienced the dream state.
With awareness.
So the awakened state and the dream state.
Awakened state is the mind.
The mind has that choice.
A choice in every moment.
The mind becomes the captain of the ship.
A day shift.
The responsibilities from the mind.
So bring awareness to this feeling.
Mind present with your soul.
Mind inside the body.
Kept awake by your soul.
Mind can see inside your body.
Because of your soul.
The light outshines the darkness of the body.
So bring awareness to that light.
The mind loves to create.
And create arrives from love.
Your soul inside the body is love.
The imagination of the mind.
Combined with this feeling inside the body.
Now from dark to light.
From light to dark.
Night and day.
Day and night.
I want you now to bring awareness to that transition.
Where you see that shift.
Subtle change.
Now take your attention inside your body.
And imagine seeing that shift inside your body.
Day and night.
Night and day.
Although the visions and images change.
Day and night.
Night and day.
Bring awareness to that feeling.
Yes,
That feeling.
What changed?
Your thoughts will always come and go.
Change.
And with those thoughts that come and go.
Your mind gets a choice.
Yet the mind has no influence on the body.
If the mind is already inside the body.
When there's a shift that then takes place in the body.
It's an experience for every body.
Body.
Mind.
And when we are the soul.
We are one.
With every soul.
Every body.
Every soul.
So in that dream state.
You are every soul.
So every day is a new day.
Showing up every day.
If the mind is always with the soul.
The mind can think ahead.
To create.
To set intentions.
And imagine if you now are setting intentions.
For your mind to create.
A perfect dream state.
And the intentions are.
Open.
So look out for the signs.
It's a great one.
Knowing that your soul.
Has many signs to look out for.
When it makes its way away from the body.
And when dreams mean something.
It felt so real.
It means you create it.
You experience.
And you are seeking to understand.
Every day is a new day.
And every night is a new night.
So to continue the story.
To be the bridge.
To ask more questions.
To ask for confirmation.
To ask for more clarification.
Your story.
Your dreams.
The magic from your dreams.
Awaken within a dream.
You are the space.
A dream that you can control.
A dream that you can control.
The power of your mind.
Dreams are the opposite.
To the awakened state.
So imagine the storm.
An awakened state.
And then a storm.
Within the dream state.
The opposite.
A brain storm.
A mind map.
To know.
You must experience.
So bring awareness to this feeling.
Body mirroring.
As if you are asleep.
And because you are here present.
You are experiencing that gift.
Inside your body.
And there will be many times in your life.
Where you have stood there.
You look up.
And you smile to yourself.
And you almost nod your head in disbelief.
With that smile.
Lost in the moment.
Lost for the mind.
Is found.
From the soul.
That feeling.
Is the same.
The dream.
The dream state.
And I really want you now to bring awareness.
To that feeling.
And let's really give it a description.
That it truly is.
You are experiencing it.
You are feeling it.
And you will surely understand it.
This is perfect healing.
So let's address the ego in this moment.
Mind is in the body.
Illnesses.
Pains.
Injuries.
Problems within the body.
All the labels.
All these dis-eases.
Show me the dis-ease.
Dis-ease.
E So it's your mind and those labels.
Yet this is perfect healing.
Perfect healing.
As in the ultimate form of healing.
And that form is moulded.
In your image.
And your image.
Is God's image.
Perfect healing.
And because the mind is in the body.
Bring awareness to the mind.
No understanding of these words.
No judgement of these words.
Because if you describe that feeling.
Honestly.
Truthfully.
Righteously.
And imagine if someone asked you.
And you answered from the soul.
What do you think he was saying to you?
Your body.
The physical.
The matter.
In this moment we would ask the mind.
What's the matter?
If we went straight to the soul.
Does it matter?
So no matter what.
When you are the soul.
There is no matter.
It's just spirit.
And that feeling.
Surpasses every human experience.
Every human emotion.
And the most beautiful thing about this human experience.
Is with these highest feelings.
We get to enhance.
We get to now take it inside the body.
The mind becomes the disciple.
To describe.
And the body is having this spiritual experience.
The senses are stimulated.
A huge collective.
A dream state story.
For the greater good.
A dream state story.
For the real world.
Take your attention inside your body.
Everything you love about your story.
Bring it all inside your heart center.
And no mind.
A quick thought.
A quick glance.
Bring it inside the body.
And at the speed of light.
You get to relive all these experiences as one.
And all you have to do.
Is take your attention.
To your heart center.
So let us go through a comparison.
Life.
Is like fireworks.
So you can recall.
That time alone.
That you looked up at the sky.
And you had that smile to yourself.
Now imagine that sky.
As fireworks going off.
A display.
And that smile.
That feeling.
And the experience for yourself.
The flashes from the fireworks.
One moment to the next.
So now take your attention inside the body.
The opposite.
Inside the body.
Fireworks.
Within the dream state.
Everything slowed down.
Every firework.
Are moments of your life.
And you are observing with that smile.
In your own time.
Take your time.
Slowly bring yourself back to this moment.
Just be.
Sending you lots of love.
