Find a comfortable position sitting or lying down.

Take some time to observe your breath.

Are you filling your body with enough oxygen to balance your nervous system?

Are you constricting anywhere in the body?

Are you breathing shallow?

Is there space for your breath to slow down?

Play with the breath by expanding it into the belly and feeling the rise of the belly.

Inhale as you feel your rib cage expanding.
