To realise and experience the abundance that is here in your life already.
And that which is to be realized in the future.
So I invite you to get comfortable and close your eyes.
Take one breath,
One big breath in through the nose and exhale out slowly and completely.
And allow yourself to settle into this moment,
To drop into presence with yourself and with this new day.
Abundance is all around you.
Perhaps not in the way you want it right now,
But it is here.
So take one minute here to bring to mind all the abundance that is currently in your life that you are so grateful for.
And as you do this,
Feel the gratitude,
Feel the love,
Feel so blessed in your heart.

And now I invite you to breathe in through the nose slowly and consciously and exhale out through the mouth.
Repeating this cycle of breath.
Finding a pace that feels good to you.
And now,
As you inhale,
Breathe in the energy of abundance.
Feel the freedom and expansiveness of it.
And as you exhale,
Breathe out the energy of scarcity.
Feel the release of any heaviness and constriction.
Welcoming in abundance,
Letting go of scarcity.

Breathing out the beliefs and thoughts that there is not enough,
