This meditation was designed to take the love in your heart to the next level,
To allow your chest to completely rest and relax as we slow your brainwaves down to the Delta state with every pulse from the singing bowl.
Okay,
Now make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.
Let's take a deep breath in as we integrate these binaural beats into our heart.
Breathe in and exhale.
This is a 343 hertz Crystal Singing Bowl F note,
And it's believed by many to be directly connected to the heart chakra.
But have you noticed something unusual about this particular heart chakra tone?
Listen closely.
Do you hear that rhythmic pulse?
What would you say if I told you that rhythm,
Or beat as it's called,
Doesn't actually exist?
That it's simply an illusion created by the brain?
Let me explain.
I want you to move the right speaker of your headphones away from your ear,
So that you may only hear the left side.
Notice how the pulsing effect stopped?

Now put it back.
Now move the left speaker of your headphones away from your ear,
So that you may only hear the right side.
Notice again how the pulsing effect stopped?
This curious phenomenon is known as a binaural beat.
It's created by delivering specific frequencies to each ear,
And different frequencies create different beats,
Allowing temporary changes to a listener's brainwave pattern.
This heart chakra frequency you are listening to has been manipulated to produce delta brainwaves,
Which are associated with deep,
Dreamless sleep,
And reduction in anxiety.

Holding your awareness in the space of your heart.
Allow these binaural beats to vibrate through your chest into the deepest state possible,
Opening your heart to pure state of love for yourself and the world.
Feel each pulse working through your body,
And with it,
The beating of your heart and your chest,
Pumping your life force through your body and opening you up to the comforting love that resides within you,
Allowing your thoughts to drift away as the frequency slow your brain waves with every pulse of these delta waves.
Let's take some more deep breaths as we sink deeper into our heart.
Breathe in and exhale.
Feel the sound deep in your heart.
Feel the waves of relaxation as they begin to spread from your chest throughout your body.
Breathe in and exhale.
Feel the sound.
Observe all the tightness in your heart dripping away.
Feel that relaxation spreading to the ends of your limbs.
Let it all go.
Relax.
Breathe in and exhale.
Now sitting here,
Completely relaxed,
Your brain is continuing the transition to delta waves,
Causing you to slip deeper and deeper into a soothing,
Restful state.
The longer you listen,
The deeper these beats will take you.
