Transcript

Think of the most mundane moment in your day.

Maybe it was going for a walk,

Maybe it was folding laundry,

Maybe it was eating lunch.

Just think of one single moment in your day,

One block of time.

Now after this recording ends,

I encourage you to grab a piece of paper and write as much as possible about what you saw,

What you heard,

What you felt,

What you smelled,

And even what you tasted,

If applicable.

Take some time after this to jot down every detail you remember noticing about this mundane moment.

Bring this moment back to life as much as you can.

Try doing this once every day for the next two weeks,

Bringing complete mindfulness to one single moment every single day.

Notice what changes over time.

Notice how you perceive these mundane moments in your day.

There is no right and there is no wrong.

Just notice what changes when you commit to being fully present for even just one more moment of this life you're given.

Enjoy.
