Good morning.

Thank you for joining me as I guide you through a morning meditation to help you set yourself up for a more positive and purposeful day.

Please come to a comfortable seat,

Sitting upright with your eyes low or closed.

Take a slow long breath in and a slower longer breath out.

Inhale for the count of four and exhale for the count of six.

Repeat this count with your breath.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Focusing only on your breath.

If a thought comes to mind,

Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.

Please join me and repeat today's morning affirmations.

Today I start my day with gratitude.

I am grateful for my breath.

I am grateful for my body.

I am grateful for my life.

I am grateful for the people who love me and whom I have the privilege of loving.

I am grateful for the food that fills me.

I am grateful for my home.

I am grateful for the challenges that teach me and the joy that guides me.

I am grateful for today.

Today I choose to live in a way that brings me peace,

Joy and happiness to myself and others.

I choose to let go of my old stories.

I choose to be courageous.

I choose to be curious.

I choose to be open-minded.

I choose to respond with kindness towards myself and others.

Please take a slow breath in and a slow breath out.

Breath in.

Breath out.

Slowly start to bring some movement to your body.

You might want to move your wrists and ankles or maybe stretch your arms over your head.

Now open your eyes.

I invite you to open your journal and write down whatever came up for you during this meditation.

As you repeated these affirmations with me,

Which affirmation resonated the most for you?

Be still here for a moment and sit with these affirmations.

Get curious as to why it resonated with you and write it in your journal.

Thank you for joining me today.

I hope you have a positive and purposeful day.

Be well and namaste.

Best affirmation meditation so far, it is paired with a breathing technique and pauses after each affirmation.

I appreciated the pacing, your voice, and your closing encouragement to reflect b on the affirmation that resonated the most. It will be a good day!
