You are sitting, Sitting on this surface, It's not that hard but it's a seat which you feel comfortable in, A throne and it is indeed nature's throne and you can already feel it, The freshness, The liberation, The freedom, You open your soul eyes, Such glory, You are on top of a mountain but it's not any old mountain, It is your mountain, A mountain of a thousand years of your life, The good and the bad but at this point all you can see is beauty, The peaks of other mountains afar, Purples, Greens, Blues, Snow capped white, They peak above through a mist of cloud and it seems that the clouds are just moving, Smearing across the sky, Your in-breath so refreshing, It's the sweetness of life, Of nourishment, You exhale a warm hot breath, A breath that carries the weariness of the week, The weariness of the day, The weariness of your painful memories for you have arrived at in me time, Me space, Your mountain and can hear echoing in the valley, Birds of all sorts of colours, Sizes, Songs and you feel the cool wind in your face and the wind combs your freshly cut, Gorgeously styled hair, It waves in the wind and it just enhances your freedom, Your liberation, The release of the things that do not serve you and then you feel this one drop of water hit your crown but the pressure is like a stream and as it plunges through your crown to your skull, It enters your mind, Your body as a golden light and as it travels down your jaws, Your jaw bones and joints, The areas that need to be relaxed, You open and drop your mouth, It continues to travel down your neck, Across your shoulders, Down your chest, Down the back of your shoulders, You can feel it travelling down your spine, Skipping down like a waterfall on each vertebra and it branches off and it is here that you feel it, You feel you are falling into yourself like a natural well falling down and down, Your river goes deeper and deeper and as it does, You are travelling within your body, The river continues down the rest of your body, Your thighs, Your buttocks, The back of your thighs and your legs, The front and the calf and your feet, Your feet are dangling above the world, You feel the cool air under it massaging the soles of your feet and as these soles are being massaged, So is your inner soul, Breathe that cool air in, The nutrients of life and as this river of life is plunging down further and further into your body, You collapse inward like water and then you travel, You travel through the seat which is the mountain, You penetrate the textured rock and you go deep and deep and deep until you reach the root, The base of the mountain and it penetrates further and further in each layer of the earth and you reach water, You have plunged through your whole being now is a body of water and you go further, Further down but then you start to rise, You start to surface and you explode from the water, Bobbing up and down and as you settle down, You look around, It's like some sort of magical lagoon, You call out in joy and you only hear 10, 000 other voices replying to your core, Your core of freedom and as you look up, You see layers and layers of rock climbing up into the sky, Patches of green where the water is trickling down, Down and down, Glazing the surfaces of the rock wall and you start to swim, Swim through this aqua, Clear lagoon and you see this opening and as you swim, Flanked by this wall on nature, You swim breaststroke so you don't miss this beauty and as you swim, You notice, You notice there's a calling, There's a dialogue from the rock and you start to see faces in the wrinkles and the creases of the tower of this wall, The faces of the wise, The wrinkles of wisdom, They breathe and they whisper as you swim towards the ocean, They offer you advice of wisdom, In their wisdom, They ask you to speak to your heart, To ask your heart what it desires because in wisdom, These faces, These warriors of life, They know everyone's heart has voice because they themselves within the rock have voices of strength, Of nobility, Of courage so you too are granted the courage to ask your heart, Give it a voice, Let an intention arise as you swim out into the larger ocean, Call out what your intention is and let it echo, Echo in those thousands and thousands of years past and in the future and as you swim out into the ocean, The beauty is left behind so you decide to plunge, Plunge deep into the water and as you go deep further into each level of depth, It starts to get darker and darker and darker, You have no fear of breath, The oxygen, The oxygen in the water gives you life, You go further into the darkness, Into the darkness where you feel something warm in your hands, Here I ask you to pick up your cup of cacao, Hold it into your hands, Feel its shape, The texture of it feels like a cup but a cup created by nature, A cup, The feel, The texture, The colours, You see the colours, Pinks, Peach, Glowing in your hand, You see within this cup shaped coral, This liquid, You know is the elixir of life and you know that is, It is for you, Only you to drink and I invite you to drink and as you do, You feel the sensation, The sensation of warmth, The sensation of movement, The sensation of flow down your throat and as you do, You feel some sort of energy, The energy of life, A life force and as you plunge deeper and deeper, You are knowing starts, Starts to give voice, You give yourself permission to go into the deep dark places, The places that you've not wanted to go into but as you sip this elixir of life, Cacao, Plant medicine given by mama cacao, You can feel her energy, You can feel her safety and you can feel the support that you call in, Whether it is your ancestors, Your spirit guides, Your spirit animal or the spirit of the land, You feel safe, I am here too, I am here holding you, Allow yourself to feel those feelings, Perhaps of pain, Humiliation, Allow yourself to feel that, Now with the stories that are attached to it, Drop them but keep those feelings because you know you are the master of them, The stories, They are just something to shed and in this vast ocean, It just drifts away, Dissolved in the ocean of time. Stick with yourself and now acknowledge your courage, You are sitting here, You are sitting here because of your courage, Now you start to see what it seems like, Multi colours flashing like a light source coming towards you, There is only little but in this darkness it is expansive, It approaches you, It's a fish but it's a butterfly fish with its exaggerated fins, Like a Mexican wave slicing through the water gracefully and with each colour, Orange, Blues, Greens and yellows bordered by the skeleton of the fins, Each ribbed waving at you, There is a familiarity with this fish, You feel her power and she beckons you to follow, You follow her, She takes you deeper but through a cave and here there is this being, No colour but you know there is this being because the water is swirling in a form, A feminine form but a form of strength, Of beauty and she draws you in with her current but you let yourself go, You release, You surrender and as you do, She draws you in, Embraces you, You have become one with her, One with Mother Nature, The force of water, You feel it, Her security, Her strength holding you and you just, You just melt into her hands, Her embrace, You can relax your whole body for it is being held, Held by a universal force of love but then the swelling starts to slow down, The current, Its force weakens and finally she disappears, Joining the rest of the water, There is no sadness because you know you have been empowered by her life force and the butterfly fish comes back up to you and she beckons you to again follow, You follow her further up and here you know you lay your intention, There is only trust, You have been through a journey of surrender, Surrender to yourself, Surrender to your power, She draws you further and further up but as she does, With the daylight breaking through the water, The darkness is left behind but with the strength of the light as you surface further and further, The butterflies light disappears, You break through the surface of the water, You take a deep breath of the air and you start to notice the cool on the crown of your head, The water dripping from your face, You notice your fingers are moving through the water, Your feet tread water, You feel your whole body now and as you do, You become conscious of where you are, Of the cup in your hand, Of the seat that you are in and you begin slowly to open your eyes.
