Welcome to the empowered mindset series. I'm Jack your meditation guide and in this guided meditation will we begin our day by setting a daily ritual and practicing gratitude to set up your day the right way.

As we begin today's guided meditation,

I invite you to relax into your seated or lying down position,

Placing both hands over your heart chakra,

And to close your eyes,

Allowing a moment to give thanks for the restoration that sleep has provided your body,

Mind and soul,

And to thank yourself for being here in this moment,

To set up your day in the right way,

To reconnect with yourself as a human being before the world calls on you to transition into a human doing.

Invite a deep breath in through your nose,

Holding the breath at the top and then slowly exhaling the air out through your mouth.

Repeat this two more times,

Emptying your belly of any stagnant energy that has resided there overnight.

That's it,

One more time.

Allowing yourself to stay in this calming and relaxed state,

I invite you to turn your attention inwards and to connect with yourself to help set forth your intention for today.

What do you want to feel to achieve today?

Take a moment to visualise this in your mind's eye and set forth your intention.

If your intention is for clarity of mind to operate at your best today,

Align to that energy with focus intention.

If your desire is to lead with love,

Align that attention with your heart and stay steadfast in your resolve to it.

If you have let your hands fall,

Bring your hands back to your heart chakra and breathe into your intention.

Bring forth your intention and follow these words,

I want you to fill in the blank.

This morning I turn my attention to my intention and just for today I will.

Let me repeat that line once more,

But this time I want you to follow on with your intention.

This morning I turn my attention to my intention and just for today I will.

That's it,

Let's repeat it two more times with renewed focus and intention to set forth what you intend to do today.

As we keep our intention at the forefront of our minds for the day ahead,

Let's take a moment to further enhance and elevate your vibrational frequency by calling forth anything you are grateful for this morning.

For some of you,

It may be that you are grateful for the endless possibilities that a new day brings.

For others,

You may be grateful for the love that love has brought to you.

Whatever you are grateful for,

Express it now.

As you embrace this attitude of gratitude,

Call it forth as we take three deep breaths in together.

With each exhale,

We send a little more love,

Light and gratitude out into the world.

That's it,

Let it out into the world.

As we begin to come towards the end of our guided meditation for today and out of our spirit and mind to return back into our body,

I want you to notice any places where any discomfort or kinks from the night's sleep have left an imprint.

I invite you to stretch out,

Allowing your body to become more flexible and adaptable to the day ahead,

Allowing you to meet each moment as it arises.

Before you ready yourself for the day ahead,

I want you to take one last moment just to reconnect with yourself,

To get clear in your mind what your intentions are for the day,

To fill your heart up once more with the gratitude you just expressed and to meet the day with all that you have to offer.
