Welcome to the Rhodonite meditation. If you have a Rhodonite crystal it would be lovely for you to hold on to this crystal while we are meditating but if you don't have one that's perfect as well you can still tap in to the energetic properties of this crystal through this meditation. You may also like to hold another crystal which you are called to use today. Begin by finding yourself in a seated position with your feet firmly on the floor sitting upright and getting as comfortable as you can and when you are ready closing down the eyes. Bring your awareness to the breath inhaling and exhaling deeply through the nostrils. As you inhale filling the diaphragm and lungs then exhale completely releasing. Continue to take deep even breaths and if you find your mind wanders through the meditation you can just bring your mind back to the breath. And as you focus on these beautiful deep breaths that you are taking also bring your awareness to the Rhodonite crystal in your hand and feel this beautiful crystal sending waves of pink energy into your hand travelling up the arm kind of pulsating with each breath that you take letting this pink energy spread further into your body into your shoulder down your back down your chest cleansing the heart chakra as it goes. This pink energy continues to spread through your body down through the legs down into the feet all the way to the toes spreading down the other arm down into the fingertips the pink energy spreading up your neck into your head until you are completely glowing with this pink energy from your crystal. Rhodonite has a beautiful affinity with the heart chakra this crystal enables us to forgive forgive ourselves and forgive others let the pink energy of your Rhodonite crystal penetrate your heart so that you may melt and soften exposing your vulnerability so you can reach into the depths of your heart and find forgiveness. Who do you need to forgive in your life? Is it yourself? Have you been sabotaging yourself or perhaps feeling negative about how you do things? Or is there someone else in your life that you've been feeling bitter against? Is there someone in your life who needs your forgiveness? Bring an image to your mind of who you want to forgive send your love and forgiveness from your heart chakra to this person imagine this shining pink energy radiating from your Rhodonite crystal up through your arm and out through the heart chakra going directly to the heart chakra of who it is that you want to forgive visualize this ray of pink energy full of love compassion forgiveness and peace let the energy of the Rhodonite crystal repair this relationship heal this relationship either with yourself or whoever it is that needs your forgiveness and as you look at this person in your mind repeat these words after me I'm sorry I forgive you thank you I love you I'm sorry I forgive you thank you I love you I'm sorry I forgive you thank you I love you continue to let these words reverberate in your mind now I'll give you a few moments to let this forgiveness really soak in and as you sit here now still glowing with this pink loving energy of your Rhodonite crystal visualize a star shining above your head and as this star shines so brightly above you it sends a shimmering white cleansing light down through your crown chakra moving down through the third eye chakra through the throat chakra the heart chakra filling your entire being with this shimmering white light moving down to the solar plexus chakra down through the sacral chakra and down through the root chakra all your chakras are being cleansed with this shimmering white light you feel this white light radiate down your arms and down your legs completely filling your body and cleansing away any feelings that you're ready to let go of as you bring your awareness back to your body now giving those toes and fingers a little wiggle taking a deep breath in through the nostrils and exhale through the nostrils just remember to keep this beautiful pink loving energy with you today and to use that shimmering white light from the universe to cleanse you to let go so that you can forgive with love enjoy your day namaste
