Maybe you got headache,
Cause there was so much going on and you just need a short quick reset.
You can take now around 10 minutes just for yourself,
You can lie down or find a comfortable seated position,
Whatever feels good for you right now,
Even if you have headache like me right now,
It's also good,
Like it will be helpful.
Close your eyes.
And feel inside,
Arrive in yourself.
Whatever is there,
Just get aware of it.
If there is any tension in your body,
Release it.
Really relax into the moment right now.
Be brave to relax.
Allow it.
Allow yourself to let go.
Let go of thinking of yesterday,
What happened.
Let go of visioning or hoping or organizing already your future,
Your tomorrow.
Just be,
There is nothing to do.
Just be.
Feel your breath.
No need to change anything.
Easy,
It's so easy.
Just be.
Nothing to do.
You just press the pause button inside of you.
Break.
You're just taking a break now.
Is it easy or not easy?
Relax.
Allow yourself to really,
Really relax,
Letting go.
Just be.
Whatever surrounding is there,
What craves your attention,
What is seeking your energy from time to time,
If it's just a sound,
If it's a human,
If it's an idea,
A new project,
Something old,
Whatever it is,
Positive or negative,
Doesn't matter.
Be aware of it and don't stick to it.
No attachment.
Nothing in your thoughts,
In your head,
In your feelings.
Now it's the time.
Just be.
Five more minutes.
Just be.
So,
Happy and peaceful.
Have silenced fears like endless,
You get lost or you're driving so far in your thoughts.
Don't stick to them.
Let it all pass.
It's not the time to attach to something.
Just let it all go.
Surrender in the now.
Keep going and just being you.
Feeling your breath.
Being aware of yourself.
If there's still something,
Taking your awareness to it.
Get aware of that.
Just be.
Inhale and exhale.
One breath after the other.
Just be.
Can you enjoy the beauty of just being?
Or is it driving you crazy inside?
It's also okay.
Everything is okay.
You can just be.
Slowly get aware how you feel right now.
You feel any change from the beginning and now.
It can bring everything to the surface even faster when you meditate.
And it also can just make you more calm,
More satisfied.
It's like a recharge you made right now.
And your battery is full again from just being,
Doing nothing and doing so much at the same time.
Just allowing yourself.
Take one more breath here.
And exhale.
