I'm Selena and I will give you in this 5 minute affirmation meditation some mantras which you can use to fall with more ease into your night,

To increase your sleep quality and feel more welcome and being loved inside of you.

Inhale,

Feel yourself,

Close your eyes and exhale,

Drop inside.

Focus on the exhale and you can repeat the mantras internally or even whisper them,

Thank you for this beautiful day.

I feel alive,

I feel my body and I'm so thankful to be me.

Whatever was today I allow myself to integrate it into my night.

Everything happened for a reason,

Everything is bringing me closer to me.

I'm so thankful to learn so small or big experiences.

Every day I learn something new.

I'm really happy to integrate it now into my being,

To open each day into new experiences,

Into a deeper layer of myself.

I smile because I'm happy,

Happy for this day,

Happy to feel the air entering my body was the inhale and satisfied when I can relax deeper was the exhale.

I feel how all the muscles are thinking deeper and deeper into the ground and I relax in my emotional,

Physical and mental body.
