Hello my friend,

It's a rainy day in Bali and you might hear some nature sounds in the background.

Whatever you hear,

Take it to connect deep with your heart.

If you experience a heartbreak,

You have crazy wild emotions and sensations in your chest,

Then this meditation is for you.

My love,

Make it comfortable and may you find what you are looking for to receive healing.

Take a long inhale and place both hands on your heart space.

Breathe into and soft and open belly.

And with the exhale relax your face,

Your mind and feel the safety of your hands.

Nothing to do,

Just be.

You are fully welcome exactly how and where you are right now.

Give yourself permission to dive into yourself.

Keep breathing while you feel the warmth of your hand supporting and sensing your heart.

Every heartbreak is different,

Like every day brings a new energy.

Every emotion needs to be seen in a different and a full acceptance way in the now.

So I want you to visualize your heart and you know whenever it gets too intense any kind of feeling,

Open your eyes again.

Feel your breath,

Feel the warmth of your hands safe and supportive on your heart space.

So visualize your heart.

When you see it in front of your closed eyes and the first picture you get,

That's it.

Look at it.

And how does it look like?

Does it look whole and complete?

Or does it look like a bleeding open wounded heart?

It might even look like falling apart.

There are thousands and thousands of pieces or like two big pieces and anything else is possible.

How does your heart look like?

Keep breathing in and out while you see your heart.

Let the image get clearer and clearer,

If it's not clear ask,

I want to see my heart.

How does it look like?

Once you're aware how your heart looks right now,

Keep breathing,

It's okay.

And ask your heart what does it need?

The answer might be really different every time you do this meditation or with every heartbreak or sadness.

What does your heart need right now?

Keep asking and once you get an answer start doing it.

If you have for example a heart with a lot of wounds were open and it's like bleeding out of all the wounds like waterfall of blood running out,

Then you might invite golden white light which comes through the warmth of your hands.

This golden warm bright light is slowly closing one wound after the other and fully feel it until your whole heart feels in harmony and more protected.

If your heart today is in thousands and thousands of pieces scattered on the ground,

You might want to lift up one piece after the other.

Putting one in your hand feeling it warm on your chest and then putting the next piece really softly to the first one.

One piece after the other until your whole heart is whole again.

Keep collecting all the pieces,

Closing all the wounds with light and love and whichever is your practice right now it might be something completely different.

Allow your creativity,

Your fantasy to take over.

I will support you with the sound.

Functionists,

I will make you a lifetime center.

Give yourself a smile.

Again it is a really tender and soft smile.

Allow it to travel with the sensation of being loved,

Of being cared for,

Of being whole into your whole body and keep continuing sending love,

Light and all the warm sensations to your heart until you feel a change is happening.

Once you are ready feel free to come back in time and space.
