Hollie Swanton

Occupational Therapist, OT Reg.

Hollie Swanton is an Occupational Therapist and Yoga/Meditation teacher with a deep passion for supporting women across the lifespan, particularly mothers transitioning into parenthood. With extensive experience in pregnancy and postnatal yoga, along with somatic therapies, Hollie is dedicated to supporting women as they prepare for or recover from birth. She has a special interest in how our connection—or disconnection—with our bodies can shape our stories, roles, and routines throughout different life stages. Hollie has specialized training in matrescence and the perinatal stage, weaving this expertise into her recordings and teachings for a trauma-sensitive, women-centered approach. She believes that our connection, attunement, and awareness of our bodies evolve as we move through the seasons of life, and her offerings invite gentle self-exploration grounded in compassion, acceptance, and connection. As the Founder of The Gathering Place, an online and in-person support center, Hollie provides a sanctuary for women seeking connection and support through life's challenges. Hollie also provides individualised support with women, couples preparing emotionally for parenting and mothers. In addition to her work with clients, Hollie also offers training, mentoring, and supervision to Women's Health/Perinatal Occupational Therapists.
