Good morning and welcome to this five minute morning meditation while you're still in bed.
Just noticing your body laying on the bed feeling comfy and cozy and taking a moment of gratitude for this new day,
For waking up today.
Whatever happened yesterday is in the past,
Whatever's coming before you is in the future.
So I invite you to just be here right now in this new moment,
This new day,
With new energy and just feeling in your heart a sense of gratitude for waking up today.
What a gift it is to be alive and to welcome in this new day.
I invite you to take three big breaths,
Breathing in this life force energy and release it,
Sighing out,
Breathing in new energy,
New air,
Filling your whole body up and releasing,
Letting go of any stagnant energy from the night before.
And one final big breath,
Calling in the new opportunities and possibilities for the day ahead of you and letting everything else go and release out your body.
Now feeling into in your heart space,
What is your intention for today?
What is it that you want to feel,
Cultivate,
Experience today?
And with this intention,
Start to use your creative visualization powers and imagine and see yourself going about your day with this intention,
Visualizing yourself getting out of bed,
Doing your morning rituals,
Embodying and fulfilling this intention as you do your work in the world,
As you interact with people.
Just see yourself enjoying your day,
And see it,
Feel it,
And breathe it in to activate it and releasing it out to the universe.
And starting to wake your body up and stretching your arms above your head,
Breathing life,
Breathing energy from your fingertips all the way to your toes,
Greeting this new day,
Bringing energy into your body and rolling over onto one side,
Breathing in to this new day.
When you're ready,
You can slowly sit all the way up to a seated position,
Bringing your hands to your heart and pray your position,
Thanking yourself for taking this moment to start your day with intention,
Gratitude,
And positive energy.
