I invite you to gently close your eyes or soften your gaze and make yourself comfortable.
We can take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling slowly into your belly and into your heart,
And then letting the breath fall naturally on the exhale.
And with each deep breath here,
Feel the tension melting away.
And with your breath,
You can invite in a sense of peace,
A sense of presence.
And I invite you to feel an anchor extending down from your root,
Down past the floor,
Through the layers of the earth,
All the way into the crystalline heart of earth.
And as you breathe deeply,
Feel your anchor connecting to this heart of earth,
As the heart of earth reaches for you.
And breathe this connection even deeper,
This rooting into the heart of earth that feels like home.
And when you feel connected,
You can begin to breathe earth's energy of stability and support and nourishment back up through your anchor,
Like golden light traveling up through your anchor,
Up through the layers of dirt,
Up through the floor,
And all the way back up into your body.
And breathe this golden light into your body,
So that the light begins to fill your legs and rises up to your core,
Up into your heart,
Down your arms,
Swirling around your back and your neck,
And breathing this light up into your head,
And from the crown of your head,
See another anchor extending through the sky,
Through the earth,
Into the cosmos,
And into the very heart of the universe.
The place of no time,
No space.
And breathe this clarity and awareness back down through the anchor and into your body,
Into your being,
So that you're grounded both to the heart of earth and the heart of all creation.
And feel the wholeness,
The completeness of this light,
So that your whole body is surrounded in this liquid golden light,
Pulsing with the heartbeat of earth.
And take a few breaths here into this light's nourishment,
Into the sense of clarity that it brings.
And as you breathe even deeper into this light,
You can feel it extending out through your energy field,
Into a circle around you.
And the light forms a protective circle all around you,
Creating a safe and sacred space for your journey today.
The circle of perfect coherence and energies that might meet this circle must rise to this vibration or else go back to their source.
So feel the warmth and security of this circle of light that holds you gently as you embark on this exploration of healing and self-discovery.
And within this circle of light,
We'll call upon your guides,
Your ancestors,
And any higher power that you connect with,
And we ask for their loving presence and support as you delve into the healing.
And see them appearing before you in this circle of light,
Weaving their light into this golden circle,
Weaving their love and their ancient codes into your field,
So that this circle of light that encompasses you radiates even more love and guidance.
And with all of their support,
We can invoke a cleansing process and sealing of your field,

And breathe this energy of sovereignty,
This frequency of sovereignty,
Into every particle of your being,
And the space between the particles.
And as you exhale,
Release any energies that you might be holding,
Any discordance in your field with this intention and focus on sovereignty.
And now we will create a sphere of protection around your home.
So in this moment,
Feel the light of the angels activating in your heart,
And this light contains the frequency of Saint Michael,
Saint Gabriel,
The frequencies of all the angels and ascended masters.
And breathe this deeper into your body so that this energy ignites within you,
And as you breathe this light,
Feel it activating in your hands,
The exit point of the heart chakra.
And flowing out into your space,
And you might feel your palms beginning to tingle,
You might feel electricity,
Or burning with this pure light of angels.
And feel the vibration of your whole room coursing with this pure light,
Dissolving any discordance or heaviness in the space.
And this light communicates with all the energies in your space that this is a healing space,
This is a temple of the goddess.
All else I bind from this space,
And breathe in here,
And let your breath go.
And feel a vibrant ball of light forming around this space as the energy begins to fill all of space,
All the particles in between the particles,
Like a shimmering bubble of diamond light.
And as you breathe here,
We can intensify this light so that it thickens and completely surrounds the space across all dimensions and space and time,
Pulsating with this protective energy,
Absolutely impermeable.
And the truth it holds.
And in this moment,
Feel the great mother's energy awakening within this portal.
And she marks this sphere of diamond light with a sigil,
A symbol just for you in this moment.
So see her gift here,
Whatever that symbol might be,
Glowing and sealing your field with that vibration,
Solidifying your protection.
And from this sphere,
A diamond laser beam of light shoots down into the earth,
Anchoring the energy,
And upwards into the heart of the universe,
Cosmically anchoring this energy.
All is well.
So breathe into how it feels to be within this sphere of protection.
And in your mind's eye,
Scan your home and send waves of even more light to any places,
Any corners that might have accumulated energy and need more focus.
So center your mind,
And if you find any of these places,
Feel the light flowing out of your hands,
Directly there,
And washing away any stagnancies or heavy energies.
And feel certainty as you do this cleansing,
With energy flowing in through the earth,
And in through the heart of the universe.
When we are aligned with the energy fields of earth,
And our source,
All is possible,
All is well.
And with each inhale,
Feel your energy field gently expanding,
And feel its boundaries softening,
Allowing you to receive wisdom and messages.
And allow the safety and purity that exists within this diamond bubble,
Allow you to soften,
Allow you to truly feel safe.
Safe to be present,
Safe to be brave.
And see if with your breath,
You can release any fear or resistance,
To approach this moment with an open and curious heart.
And take a few more breaths into this image,
The diamond light in your home,
And the light within your own body,
Your own being.
And when you're ready,
You can gently bring your awareness back to your physical body,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Breathing into any senses of groundedness and presence.
And you can carry this feeling of peace and openness with you throughout your day,
Knowing that a powerful journey of healing has begun.
Breathing into patience and openness,
And trust for the wisdom held inside of you.
