Welcome.

Today our focus will be the depths of love.

We'll be doing this by activating our heart chakra.

The heart chakra is associated with the colour green and the element the heart chakra is associated with is fresh air.

You can imagine either the coolness of the air against your skin or the warmth.

When activated and in alignment,

This energy centre harnesses a place of transition,

Moving from a place of personal need and desire to having a deep appreciation for life and love.

Your attitude and perspective is full of sincere gratitude and you become a lighthouse for others,

Seeing the best in everyone and everything and seeing the beauty in even the most painful moments and memories.

The fences are surrendered and no longer needed.

We are deeply connected to not only our feelings but also connected to the feelings of those we love and those that we encounter.

We are compassionate,

We are caring,

We are forgiving and we are ever so loving.

We are able to love freely as we accept the unconditional love for self into our own hearts.

Moving from this place of heart sees one overcome the most challenging of matters and in doing so is left with a peace that surpasses understanding.

We grasp just what love is,

How powerful love is and embrace the wonder that the heart has to offer.

The frequency associated with the heart chakra is 600 hertz and is used throughout this soundscape meditation.

As we move into this meditation,

As we enter in abandoning all judgement and expectations,

We simply welcome this journey.

When you are ready,

I would like for you to close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through your mouth and once again a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth and again inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Continue with this flow and this rhythm of breath.

With each inhale,

Feel the stillness surrounding you,

Now becoming you and with each exhale,

Sink deeper into yourself.

Bring your awareness to your body,

To your neck and your shoulders.

How are they feeling today?

To your back,

Both upper and lower.

Become aware of how your back is feeling today.

Allow your awareness to travel into your arms and your hands,

Down to your fingers.

How are they feeling today?

And how are your legs and how are your feet feeling today?

And how is your mind?

How is your mind feeling today?

And now let's move into our hearts.

How is your heart feeling today?

And if you are carrying any tension or pain,

Discomfort,

Any worry or anxiety,

An unease or a restlessness.

With our next inhale and exhale,

Let's be mindful of letting it all go.

So together let's fill our lungs deeply,

Take a deep breath in through the nose and with our exhale,

Release all that you wish to no longer carry and simply let it go.

And now allow the rhythm and flow of your breath to simply lead you,

Slow,

Steady,

Deep breaths.

I would like for you to bring your awareness to your heart chakra.

Imagine the color green surrounding your heart and imagine either the coolness of the fresh air against your skin or the warmth of the fresh air against your skin and fully open your chest and heart chakra.

Relax your body into love.

Relax your mind into love.

Relax into love and with your mind's eye,

Imagine the fresh air tenderly caressing your skin and feel the freedom of love and freely receive the love being offered to you.

And now feel yourself becoming love.

And let that love flow freely and let's just breathe in deeply in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

And as that love flows freely through your entire body into every part of your body,

Into every cell,

Into and through your blood,

I would like for you to picture someone you deeply love and care for.

Imagine them sitting in front of you.

Receive from them that unconditional love.

Receive it from their eyes,

Their smile and laughter.

Receive it from their words.

Receive it from their presence.

And as you receive this love and understand that this love is unconditional and without expectation,

I would like for you to radiate that love back to the person that you have pictured.

And now radiate that love to your family,

To your friends,

To your neighbors,

To your friends.

And as you cultivate the emotion of love,

Radiate this unconditional love back into the world and take another deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

And keeping your breath slow and steady and deep,

Feel the vibration of love and compassion in your soul and hold on to that sensation.

Freely pour onto others the gift and depth of love.

And as we move into our breath work,

As always,

We'll be inhaling through our nose and exhaling through our mouths.

Welcome any discoveries within this time and allow the beauty of the color green and the warmth or the coolness of the fresh air to dissolve all barriers and blockages.

And with your back straight and palms facing up,

We'll be breathing in together through the nose,

Prana,

And exhaling through the mouth,

Yama.

And allow that peace to travel through you as we enter into our final round.

And as you return to each breath,

Being slow and steady,

Continue to breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Become aware of any sensations,

Emotions,

Tingliness,

Anything that you may be experiencing in this moment.

It is all for you.

And as you sit present,

I would like for you to place one hand on your heart and gently whisper to yourself the following words.

I love you.

And I am sorry that I often forget to give you the space and time to be listened to.

I love you.

And with the utterance of these words,

Feel your barriers dissolve and your vulnerability unfold.

Notice how you begin to open,

To soften.

I love you.

Fall into the protection and safety of this love net that has been laid before you.

You can come forth free from the weight of responsibility and expectation.

You can put all titles aside and just freely be you.

I love you.

Notice the power within your sensitivity.

Become acquainted with your tenderness and reconnect to the parts of you that have been forgotten.

We search for others to make us whole,

To take away the ache and to quiet the loneliness.

In doing so,

We leave ourselves behind.

I love you.

What we look for in others is already within.

We are able to fill our own needs and appreciate those who offer love to us as a gift.

Those who love us add to the nourishment we already have within and we are grateful,

Compassionate,

Forgiving.

We can now swim within love,

Intoxicated and in full harmony and balance.

I love you.

Beloved,

You are a masterpiece,

Perfectly formed and deserve to live inside of love.

For you are love and you are loved.

For you are love and you are loved.

And with one hand on your heart and the other resting gently on your belly,

Feel yourself.

Connect with your body.

Connect with your beauty.

Connect with your heart.

Nurture yourself within this love.

Return often to this place and feel the depths of love.

And let's just breathe that in.

So breathe in deeply in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

And once again,

And one last time,

Breathe in deeply in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

And allow the stillness surrounding you to become you.

And when you are ready,

Without rush,

Bring your awareness to your body and then to your surroundings.

And in your own time,

Open your eyes,

Take a sip of water and move into or throughout your day of love,

Peace and the depths of love.

And when you are ready,

Let's breathe in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
