Welcome to the Frequency Sanctuary.

I'm Imani Sankofa,

Clarity Coach,

Soul Doula and Frequency Guide.

We're moving into the heart frequency,

Which is the foundation of self-love.

But before we get started,

Let's take a deep breath to ground our energy.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Now picture yourself standing in a beautiful forest.

You see the most amazing trees and flowers.

The sun is shining and the sky is blue.

The temperature is warm and mild.

Mmm,

Just right.

You begin walking along a long path through the forest.

A place you don't know very well.

You carefully watch your steps,

Conserving energy and staying alert.

Making sure you stay on the path.

Then you come to an open space.

In the distance,

You see mountains and beautiful turquoise water.

There are colorful flowers,

Trees,

Butterflies and birds.

You realize there's no need to hurry and you feel your body relax.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Say silently to yourself.

I'm safe.

It's okay for me to relax.

Relax your eyes.

Your jaws.

Relax your shoulders.

And your arms.

Feel your energy flow down to your heart.

To your fingertips.

Relax your legs.

Then see yourself spreading a blanket on the ground.

As you lay on the blanket and look up at the sky,

You smile.

You see the clouds rolling by.

With a smile on your face,

Place your hand on your heart and feel your own presence.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Feel the energy beneath your hand.

That open space is what we call the heart frequency.

All the love you require resides right here within you.

Press your hand a little deeper.

Feel the love flowing within you.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Silently say to yourself,

I love and accept myself.

I love and accept myself.

Sit with that energy for a moment longer.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.
