This morning practice is designed to help you ease into the day from your sleeping state. We begin by bringing our awareness into our body, then move into Gratitude and setting intentions for the day ahead. Practice daily upon waking for the most beneficial results.

Welcome to this new day.

Here you are,

Gently awakening into your body.

Another day has dawned on earth.

Remaining,

Laying on your side or if you wish to rise into a seat.

Wherever you are,

Next several moments let's just come to find stillness in your body.

Take a deep,

Deep breath in through your nostrils,

Parting the lips slightly.

Gently let that breath go.

Deeply we breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.

One more time now,

Breath in through the nose,

This time pausing at the top of the inhale.

For a moment before you gently release the breath,

Completely emptying your body of air.

Let's take a moment of gratitude to be given another day in this body,

On this earth.

This opportunity is a great,

Great honor.

Give thanks for another blessed day in this world.

As you feel this gratitude bubbling up from within you,

Cozy and safe.

Here as you lay gently awakening into your physical senses from the dream world.

In this field of gratitude,

You are going to plant some seeds.

The soil is watered and fertile.

The sun is shining,

Rich optimum growth of your seeds of intention.

I invite you now to think about you want to feel,

What experiences you wish to have.

Think about the encounters with the world around you.

You put this into a sentence that makes sense to you.

Ensuring that this sentence is in the present tense,

As if all that you desire is already happening in this moment.

For the truth is whatever you're seeking already exists within you.

You are simply affirming to the universe your intentions for the stay ahead.

Now take the next few moments to repeat your intention several times.

Gently now,

Deep breath in.

Feeling that breath expand into your body.

Gently guiding your awareness back to your breathing body.

Gently moving into your toes and the fingertips.

Feeling into gently raising the arms up overhead,

Stretching through the whole body way down to your heels and your toes.

Inviting in this fresh new prana to enter,

Fill every cell of your body.

When you're ready,

Gently blinking the eyes to the wealth of opportunities that lay ahead of you,

This perfectly wonderful.
