Welcome to this meditation practice.
Today we will focus on raising our vibration through the practice of gratitude.
So let's begin by finding a comfortable seat or if you prefer you can lay down as you listen gently.
Wherever you are finding that maximum comfort in the body,
Coming into stillness,
Making any necessary adjustments.
When you're ready to just gently floating your eyes shut,
Just allowing your breath to carry you through each moment.
Just observing this ebb and flow of the breath as your body rises and falls,
Expands and contracts.
Noticing the quality of the breath,
Seeing if it's shallow or deep attachment,
Just observing your experience.
We will begin by taking three deep cleansing breaths.
So we'll draw in through the nose and as you exhale gently part the lips and breathe out with a sigh.
So together now inhaling exhale release the breath gently or if anything is laying down on you just let it go.
Whatever's going on in your life take a deep breath in and just let it all your breath come back to its natural rhythm.
No forcing,
No trying,
Complete surrender in your body.
Notice whatever is going on in your mind.
Disregard all thoughts and awareness into your breath and become fully present in this moment.
Gently listening to my voice.
So I'd like you to draw your awareness towards the center of your chest.
If you feel you may even want to place your palm upon this space gently connecting to your heart center.
We'll begin to cultivate a field of gratitude.
So let's simply begin by feeling this gratitude in your heart.
Have this beating heart.
Gratitude for your body which has carried you through every experience.
This life strong,
It has the ability to heal.
This intelligence cannot truly be appreciated by our human.
Just take a moment here just feeling this gratitude to have this beating heart,
Beautiful body.
To have this body means we are here in this physical world.
This is a great honor.
Life itself is glorious.
To simply wake up each morning have an abundance of air to breathe and expanding out from yourself to all the humans that you share this experience with.
Be they friend or foe it matters not.
We're all teachers to one another so we can find deep gratitude for even those who seemingly not support us on our journeys.
If you feel unsupported it is because they are challenging you and their challenge or overcoming of the challenge is that ultimately you grow.
So you can find gratitude everyone for everything and especially now let's bring into mind and heart those that are close to you.
Be they physical or non-physical,
Friends,
Loved ones,
Family members,
Partnerships and your support network.
All those that surround you truly wish for your highest good.
All those around you that support and encourage you along your journey.
Just bring them all into mind and see yourself surrounded.
All these beings have unconditional love for you.
Let's widen the field of gratitude expanding now into our environment.
This earth,
This beautiful earth is truly at times unfathomable.
It's beauty,
It's perfection,
Power,
Who you are,
No matter what you do,
No matter how you think or behave,
This earth supports you,
Holds you and provides for you everything that you need to live without conditions.
The earth,
She requires nothing in return.
She continuously gives and gives and gives and provides this environment for you to survive and also thrive.
The conditions on this earth in itself is a miracle.
Wake up every morning and breathe the air and eat our food and go about our days.
Often we don't take a moment to notice the miracle of being alive.
These bodies on this earth,
If the conditions on this planet were just even slightly different,
We would not be able to breathe.
The Sun,
Water nourishes us,
Never withholds gratitude.
This earth,
Immediate environment,
Your dwelling,
Your home,
To communities expanding outward and outward to your countries,
Your continents.
Now just see the whole earth in its glory and just feeling this immense gratitude to be given this gift.
Let's move into abundance,
Finding gratitude all that we are blessed with.
You may say I am not abundant but this is not true.
We are all abundant and the moment we came into the world we were shown this abundance.
We always had enough food,
Abundance of water.
If you are listening to this meditation,
You use technology to support your lifestyle,
Have abundance,
Everything that you need or that you could even imagine and want at your fingertips and everything that you need flows to you effortlessly.
You do not have to work hard,
You do not have to fight,
You do not have to force anything.
This abundance is your birthright.
You have an abundance of air to breathe,
You have an abundance of food,
Water,
Energy and maybe some of you even have an abundance of financial support that allows you to move through this reality.
So we're focusing on all that we do have.
For some that may be very little.
You may compare yourself with others and say why,
Why am I not as abundant as them?
My dear ones this is an illusion.
We are all abundant,
You are all blessed,
You are all unconditionally loved,
Supported.
The entire universe is helping you to manifest what you focus on and so allow yourself to focus on.
You have never been denied air to breathe.
You have always been given this breath and this body.
You can find gratitude in the smallest things.
I invite you to just take several moments,
Go into your awareness,
All that you feel grateful for into your mind's eye and as you see it in your mind,
Into the heart and feel.
You're just simply feeling this.
So I will watch the time,
These several moments,
Yourself,
A voice full of gratitude in your heart.
By simply bringing our awareness and focusing on all that we do have,
Come into the highest emotion of gratitude.
Allow your breath to deepen now,
Bringing some movement into your fingers,
Into your whole body,
Feeling back to the space,
Into your surrounding.
Without attachment,
Just simply notice how you have raised your vibration,
Frequency elevated,
Feeling the appreciation and gratitude within your heart.
Finish this practice by taking three cleansing breaths.
So together now let's breathe in through the nose,
Exhale through the mouth.
