Thank you for connecting with your soul today.

I invite you to get in a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes and breathe in the deepest breath you've ever taken today.

Breathe in and breathe it all out.

This powerful morning meditation will help you set the tone for a successful and fulfilling day by being more consciously aware of your thoughts,

Words,

Feelings,

And actions.

Breathe in deep.

And breathe it all out.

Breathe in.

Hold your breath in five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one.

Breathe it all out.

Hold your breath in five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one.

Today,

I invite you to take a moment to stretch your arms above your head.

Feel the energy flowing through your arms and your hands.

And perhaps create fluid movements with your hands and your fingers if you feel like it.

Flow through this practice and allow yourself to move freely.

Move your head in a circular motion and just feel the knots untangle.

Stretch your legs and feel the tension melting away.

Breathe in deep.

Now,

I want you to connect to the energy of gratitude.

This energy will help you feel energized,

Motivated,

And focused throughout the day.

What are you grateful for?

What are the small things that make you happy?

What experiences do you have that make you grow in this game of life?

All the pain you've experienced gave you a new perspective in this game of life.

Now,

We'll begin breathing 10 times through your nose and out through your mouth.

As you breathe,

Allow yourself to let go of any negative thoughts or stress in your body by consciously relaxing the muscle.

Breathe in deep through your nose and breathe out deep through your mouth.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Five more.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Breathe in.

Last,

Breathe in as deep as you can.

And breathe out as deep as you can.

Feel the energy coursing through your body.

As you close your eyes,

Imagine a beautiful shimmering bubble of protective energy surrounding you,

Keeping you safe from negative or harmful energies.

Now,

Visualize this bubble expanding and strengthening with each breath,

Providing a shield of light and love around you.

Breathe in deep.

How do you want to feel today?

What are your goals?

And how can you take inspired action?

I'm going to give you some time to reflect on these questions without judgment.

Remember,

Where focus goes,

Energy flows.

So what are you focused on?

We'll breathe in together for five times through your nose and out through the nose in three,

One.

Now,

Put your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your belly.

Repeat these affirmations to yourself if it resonates with you.

I am grateful for this new day and all the opportunities it brings.

I am surrounded by positivity and success.

I am in control of my thoughts and my actions.

I trust in my ability to accomplish my goals.

I am surrounded by infinite abundance.

Breathe in deep.

Feel the energy going through your feet,

Grounding and connecting you to Mother Earth.

Just observe yourself and your thoughts without judgment right at this very moment.

Drop your shoulders and then clench your jaw.

Relax your tongue.

Soften your face,

Your shoulders,

Your hands,

Your legs,

Your feet.

And take a deep breath in and take a deep breath out.

Now ask yourself,

What's one small thing I can do today to move forward with my goals?

Forward is forward,

Baby.

Take a final deep breath in and slowly release.

As you open your eyes,

Carry the feelings of positivity,

Focus,

And calm into the day ahead.
