I know you're going through a very difficult time but let's collect all the pieces together so you can feel amazing again.
So the first thing is this simple decision.
I'm coming home.
I'm choosing wellness over the difficulty that my mind experiencing and maybe my body as well.
So let's first of all find a comfortable position and tell yourself you deserve the best and you're going to give yourself the gift of relaxation,
Of harmonization right now so you can feel the best.
You're taking a break from all the suffering you're going through so you can reset and deal with everything that needed to be dealt with from a better perspective,
From a better place.
Take a deep breath.
Feel the breath moving to the whole body.
Exhale and relax.
Soften and soften and soften.
Again very deep breath.
Let the breath move to the whole body.
Exhale and relax.
And the next deep breath you're taking,
Please take it with the image of a balloon that you're stretching as if your skin is like a balloon skin that stretches out.
And make sure the breath goes to everywhere including your toes,
Including your fingers,
The crown of your head.
Everywhere is being stretched outwards.
Inhale deep.
Exhale and relax.
Again inhale deep.
Exhale and relax.
Now let's visualize that our mind is like a gushing sea.
So many waves,
So many storms,
It's so full and busy.
And what we're aiming is to soften and guide all this excess energy,
Excessive thoughts,
Discomfort,
Guide it downwards,
Release it downwards.
Okay,
So let's visualize that there's a beautiful beautiful pristine river flows from our head,
From our brain downwards towards the earth.
And we're taking a deep breath into the body.
And when we exhale we're guiding that excessive energy,
Excessive sensation we have in the head through this pristine beautiful river down to be absorbed by the earth.
And then when you exhale you focus on that image of guiding the breath and guiding this excess energy downwards from your head all the way to the earth.
Every time you exhale your mind feels softer.
Again a deep breathing.
And exhaling softening the mind and connecting to this pristine beautiful river that carries all the negativity down to the earth.
And when you exhale you focus on that image of guiding the breath and guiding this excess energy down to the earth.
Your mind already feels better,
More relaxed,
More comfortable.
Let's continue and add to what we've just done gratitude.
Because when the mind connects with gratitude it relaxes and the heart opens up.
So let's inhale into the body saying thank you.
Let's exhale down this beautiful river guiding the water down saying thank you.
And now let's change the image to the most beautiful sun.
And let's visualize that when we inhale we're pulling the sunlight and the blessing of the sun into the body to nourish,
To harmonize and to soften any bits of tension.
And when we're exhaling releasing that tension in a form of bright light to the whole creation.
Inhale deep,
Feel that you're nourished by the beautiful sun,
That everything melts all the tension.
And exhale and release tension.
Visualize it that you're illuminating the whole creation.
Remember always when you feel stressed,
Uncomfortable,
To connect to the breathing,
To connect to the image of the river and to connect to the image of the sun.
