Hi my friend and welcome.
I'd like to invite you to guided meditation to help you recognize and connect to unity.
So make sure you're sitting comfortable or lying down and start by focusing on your breath as it moves in and goes out.
When you inhale try to recognize that the breath occupies the whole space,
Inner space of the body.
And when you exhale you relax and let go.
So it's not about breathing very deep and very strong.
It's more about recognizing the inner space of the whole body and by that the breath automatically will fill up all this space.
Inhaling to the inner space of the whole body including the toes,
The fingers,
The scalp,
The back,
The front,
The face.
Everywhere is receiving the life force.
Just because you are aware of that area automatically it gets nourished.
And when you relax you soften,
You let go of tension.
And now let's let go of the control breathing and just stay with inner body awareness.
And stay with that awareness of the whole body as one.
And see if you can notice that your whole body vibrates within.
Everywhere you pay attention is alive.
You might feel temperature,
You might feel vibration,
You might see colors.
In any way you perceive life as life recognize that your whole being is alive completely,
Is vibrating,
Is present.
Remember that your ability to connect and feel that you are alive has to do with where you're focusing your awareness at.
If you're focusing your awareness on your whole body you feel that your whole body is alive.
If you're focusing only on part of your body you will feel that specific part.
It's exactly like shining light onto an object in darkness.
So rest your awareness in the whole body and feel how you are connected to the whole body.
And now visualize that you are immersed in the most pristine and quiet lake.
It's so quiet it's like a mirror,
Completely quiet.
And that vibration that you're feeling inside your body is actually shared in the whole lake.
So you're feeling that the whole lake right now is vibrating exactly like your body.
So slowly you cannot distinguish anymore between what is your body and what is the lake.
And the lake becomes your body.
And then add to the image that inside that lake not far from you stand another human being.
And they as well vibrates within their body like yours.
And they as well acknowledging that the lake is their body.
Meaning that right now both of you are sharing the same vibration.
Although you have separate bodies,
Separate appearance,
But you are sharing the same vibration.
See how it feels to be with somebody in complete harmony.
As I'm talking without touching,
Just acknowledging that both of you are sharing the same field,
The same vibration.
So that the imaginary lake,
In fact,
This is the quantum field.
This is the space in which we're all sharing all the time one vibration through infinite forks.
As much as you are walking,
Moving in life with that awareness that you are the quantum field,
And you see others exactly in the same field.
You're transforming completely your consciousness and the consciousness of humanity.
So,
