Resting In Christ Consciousness

So welcome everybody and yeah this is a I like it because I dedicate this live meditation to Christ consciousness but actually it's always the same because there's only one consciousness not two and so it's always the same it doesn't matter if it's a Buddha consciousness,

Christ consciousness or your consciousness because consciousness there is only one thanks God otherwise we're in big trouble.

Okay so in order to connect to Christ consciousness we must connect to our heart we must connect to the present moment and there is no other option for that.

So let's say first of all just dive in and connect to the present moment and then we'll go more specific into understanding Christ consciousness,

Christ message and more than understanding into feeling being in Christ consciousness.

So always the present moment are calling us through breathing so let's just connect for a minute to the breath how it moves in how it goes out just pay attention to the breath how it moves in and out and slowly let's pay attention if the breath is moving in harmony in and out or there is some disturbance to the process of breathing.

So just pay attention as if you're watching a flow a river flow energy flow light flow as the breath comes in and goes out and just observe if there's any disturbance for that inhaling quietly in and out.

Now the qualities of each enlightened master is here all the time so if we dedicate this to the spirit of Christ it's beautiful if we evoke the spirit of Christ to this moment.

Like each one of us is different also each enlightened being is different in their personality and also in the way they manifest the light.

So let's call to the spirit of Christ to support this meditation this encounter and each one of us will do it in different way.

If you did some training with me of energy reading or if you didn't and we can connect to the energy of Christ it's no problem yeah you just say I'm connecting to the energy of Christ and immediately you're going to feel the quality of Christ in your being.

If you don't think twice and you just say I'm connecting to the quality of Christ in my being immediately you're going to feel the quality it's straightforward.

Time is not existing when we're talking about energy when we're talking about spirit time and place are not existing because actually everything is just now everything from the beginning of time there's no time it's now.

So when we connect to Christ consciousness and we evoke that quality actually we're connecting to that quality that exists all the time and we're inviting it into our heart into our space into that unity that we're creating among us because we decided that we're meditating now together.

So we're creating like a body of being that has the same purpose at this very moment.

I'm here together with like-minded people uniting in spirit and I can feel already very very clear the presence of the energy of Christ in in my being and I hope you as well.

I feel softness I feel love I feel calm I feel taken care of that I can relax and rest in Christ presence and this is not a religious thing you know I've been raised as a Jew it doesn't matter at all you know it's a quality it's a quality equality doesn't have a religion a religion equality is it just is so we can relax in that beautiful quality that Christ is has manifested and is manifesting in spirit and as we're feeling this quality let's say continue breathing breath awareness but with the quality of Christ consciousness yeah so when we're inhaling it's not just air we're inhaling we're inhaling a quality and we let this quality nourish each and every cell molecule atom organ in our being when we exhale we exhale with gratitude how blessed we are we exhale as well with support to other beings who needs the same quality taking in the beautiful quality of Christ consciousness to heal first of all each and every part within us and then exhaling with gratitude with love and in a way reflecting the same quality to others so other can benefit and let's just let go now of the breathing and just feel that instead of the breath we are inside a space that is illuminated by the quality of Christ consciousness which is pure light and that illumination or that quality is touching the same quality in us we are not different from that but we've forgotten who we are that's all we also Christ consciousness exactly the same we are buddha consciousness and all those enlightened being enlightened masters they came here to show us love to show us light and to remind us to evoke those qualities within us so as we exposing ourselves to those beautiful qualities of Christ let's let those qualities within us to open and to awaken as always the trick of doing that is letting go is not a chore is not a work it's not something hard we need to do in order to connect to those qualities that are inherent inside ourself we need to let go I'm inviting those qualities into my being and I'm letting go of any resistance any form of resistance so I can completely immerse in the quality of Christ because Christ consciousness is about love it's about unity so let's use that quality into healing whatever needs to take and to be healed within us and let's start with our emotional system if you feel some emotional stress maybe whatever anxiety or sadness or fear or anything that is not comfortable emotionally wise just invite that quality to soothe to soften and to heal the way we do it we're connecting to that quality of Christ as if it's beautiful soothing light of love and we're directing it to the area that we feel some discomfort within our body and we're inviting synchronization focusing on the heart chakra and inviting softness inviting healing and now check if there's any other places within you that emotions are kind of stagnant and not feeling well and just invite the same process of synchronization and softening okay and let's continue to mental tendencies here we all have mental tendencies that are not helpful for us and when we're inviting the love and light that Christ manifests it can help us reduce those emotional and psychological tendencies so if we have tendencies like loss of esteem or some kind of not believing in ourself or not feeling that we are safe in life or anything that you know that you're repeatedly thinking and actually reducing your ability to live with your full power invite those psychological tendencies to harmonize with Christ with the light and love and then if you have any physical ailment or you just don't feel well right now physically we do exactly the same because our tissues are craving harmony craving wellness each organ each tissue each cell crave harmony crave delight crave love so connect to any part of your body that physically doesn't feel well and invite it to harmonize with the love of Christ the reason why Christ was so revolutionary is because he realized it's infinite being just like that so when we're connecting to Christ consciousness we must connect to infinity because Christ as enlightened being realized that his essence is pure light it's not his physical form that's why all his journey was about in a way crucifying the form and then the resurrection into the spirit into the unity unity with all there is you can call it god whatever you want but really it has no name it just is infinite isness so Christ demonstrates in his crucifixion what actually we all need to do because what he crucified really is the ego yeah the separation there's me and them me and me yeah and he resurrected the spirit which is infinite so this crucifixion we can do any moment we don't need to to be tortured for that because we are torturing by ourselves yeah by the ego so when we connect into the spirit like we do now we're actually connecting to the essence that Christ connected to let's say delve deeper and deeper into that and the way we do it is we're allowing our mind to expand to infinity we allow our heart to expand to infinity we allow our whole being to be the size of the whole creation this is Christ consciousness because this is consciousness it just is and that expansion to the infinite is the most healing place there is because there is no resistance there there's no mind there's no ego there is no physical or energy tension so when we feel this infinite expansion let's say invite each and every part of our existence to expand and expand and expand until we feel that who am i is all there is i am the creation itself for that you need to let go of the mind mind and that experience doesn't go together cannot go together the mind has to yeah resurrect yeah and it can only resurrect when it's acknowledging its infinite being yeah only like this and then it doesn't stand between creation and between the spirit it is the size of creation and the spirit is the size of creation and love is the size of creation of creation hence there is no conflict whatsoever or what i'm saying what i'm pointing please it's not to think about it's not a mathematical formula it's it's not like this it's just a way of being it's something to drop into it's something to allow yourself to become so don't try to analyze it because you just get blocked on the contrary drop any salt drop any trying just surrender and surrender and surrender and then you fly then you feel the bliss that is your birthright then you know the truth there's no two two truths there's only one that is beyond everything okay so obviously not everybody not everybody are in the same place between us maybe but more between those who doesn't do this meditation right now but everybody can use and can be helped by those qualities so much so let's invite loved ones that they can use this vibration that we are now connected to to join us to be with us so they as well can feel the love the light the infinite existence the blissful existence so let's take a minute to invite loved ones to be with us in this space and now let's invite areas of conflicts so many of them on planet earth and for me that i've been born in israel in the in the middle east of course what's happening now it's heartbreaking so i would like to invite that conflict into this space so there'll be so much healing it doesn't matter palestinian israelis it doesn't matter who everybody needs love support and peace everybody and as well in any other corner of this planet wherever there is any aggression where people suffer from any reason doesn't matter we invite everybody to join us in this spirit of love and peace and let's take a minute and invite a 2024 the new year is like it's another person to be in this space so it will be charged with the essence of christ consciousness of love and peace and light so each minute each day each hour that this year is made from is going to be a piece of bliss blissful experience beautiful thank you so much for joining and this meditation
