Welcome.

This is Patrick Dominguez.

Today you'll be connecting to the energy and presence of love.

Infusing love into your body,

Mind and spirit while you relax into a natural state of ease and wholeness.

I invite you to find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

And now gently bring awareness to the breath.

Noticing how your body breathes.

Noticing the rhythm of your breath as it flows in and out.

Noticing the sensation of air as it flows in and out.

Notice the space between each breath.

As you're becoming more and more relaxed and spacious with each passing moment.

Feel the spaciousness arising in your body.

Now I invite you to think of somebody or something in your life that you love.

Think of somebody or something that brings you a sense of love or appreciation or joy.

It could be a loved one,

A friend,

A pet,

A beautiful place in nature or something you love doing.

And now form a picture in your mind of whatever you chose,

A person,

A pet,

A place,

Whatever that is.

And allow yourself to feel the love or appreciation or joy.

Enjoy the feeling of being in the presence of your object of love.

Enjoy seeing it.

And notice if there are any sounds or words to hear.

Feeling how good it feels.

Notice where those good feelings are in the body.

Gently resting your awareness on those good feelings in the body.

Allow those good feelings to expand effortlessly.

Almost as if they're expanding on their own to feel more and more of your body.

And allow yourself to feel that energy in your heart.

Take a nice slow breath or two.

Simply feeling this experience of love brought forth by the object of your love.

Breathing in love and exhaling.

Breathing love in and exhaling.

Now I invite you to imagine a color that represents love to you.

If unconditional love had a color,

What color might that be?

And as you choose a color now for this meditation,

Just bring that color into your awareness.

Seeing that beautiful color.

Seeing any sounds that color has.

And feeling what that color feels like.

Now allow yourself to breathe in the color and energy of love.

Breathe in that color.

And breathe out what's no longer needed.

Breathe in the color of love into your body and spirit.

And breathe out what's not that.

Now imagine a ball of light up above you filled with that color of love you chose.

And you might imagine a waterfall of liquid light gently coming down from that ball.

Seeing that warm light of love to gently cascade all around you and through you.

Pouring over you from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

Washing over you,

Through you and all around you.

Simply resting here underneath this waterfall of warm liquid light of love.

Letting it in as it cascades all around you as much as feels good.

Receiving it.

Becoming it.

With ease.

Feel it washing over your face,

Relaxing your face and neck and shoulders.

Bringing a sense of ease and lightness.

Continuing down your chest and upper body.

Pouring down into the arms and fingers.

Washing down through your upper body.

Bringing this color of love energy to your hips and legs.

Pouring down to your feet.

Filling you up now with this love energy.

Receiving and being filled by this liquid light of healing,

Purifying,

Cleansing energy.

Washing over.

Soothing and nurturing your being.

Filling you up.

And notice how do you feel now after being nourished by this warm loving light.

Take a deep breath in and let it go with the sound.

Feel your wholeness receiving this love energy with effortless ease,

Simply allowing it to be.

And now allow yourself to receive the energy of the following affirmations.

I accept and appreciate myself.

I allow the love of others into my life.

I am opening to experience love.

I allow my true self to shine.

I can feel comfortable being myself.

I am worthy of love.

I choose love.

My needs are important.

I love and accept myself unconditionally.

And now I invite you to imagine the rest of your day or evening with this energy of love infusing the moments of your day.

And coming back into this moment here and now,

Remembering that the more you do this meditation and tap into the energy of love,

The more you'll be able to automatically access this state of being whenever you desire.

I invite you whenever you're ready to open your eyes,

Fully present in this moment.

Thank you for taking the time today to nurture the love and well-being within.
