Hello everyone,
I hope you are doing well.
Welcome to this chakra meditation.
Chakras are energy centers we have in our bodies.
There are seven major chakras each in a specific location along your body.
In this meditation we will be focusing on the solar plexus chakra to help you balance this energy in this part of the body.
The solar plexus chakra is located in your stomach area.
It's responsible for confidence and self-esteem.
It is important to focus on having balanced chakras because if they aren't balanced we can manifest the polar opposite of these energy center traits.
So instead of being confident and having high self-esteem,
If your solar plexus chakra isn't balanced it can lead to low self-esteem,
Low self-worth,
And perfectionism.
Therefore to help balance your solar plexus chakra I'm going to be going over affirmations that you can use to provide focus and clarity for this chakra.
Before we begin we are going to take a few deep breaths in and set an intention for this meditation.
