For this practice,
I want you to get into a comfortable position,
Whether that be seated or lying down.
Do what works for you and close your eyes.
Now I ask you to take a deep breath in and a deep breath out for at least three times.

Sometimes after a long day,
It is good to take a few minutes to ourselves to reason to ourselves.
I think it is amazing that you decided to do this before resting.
Before you head for bed today,
I want you to think of one thing that brought you joy today and sit in that moment.
So just think of one thing that brought you joy today.
And if for any reason nothing brought you joy today,
Then I want you to think about how you can bring joy in your life tomorrow.
Tomorrow is always a new day to begin again.
So if there was nothing that brought you joy today,
Just take the time to think about how you can bring joy into your life tomorrow.
