I imagine I'm walking along a moonlit path.
Overhead,
The moon radiates a glow so powerful that the path sparkles with light and seems to beckon me on further and further.
I'm feeling so happy,
So playful,
So content to be by myself with only the moon,
Who seems so much like a friend,
A friend showering me with love and companionship and comfort.
I climb a small hill in front of me,
And as I reach the top I stop,
Motionless,
Mesmerised,
My eyes fixed on the moon,
Who seems so large and right above me now,
As though he has come down to meet me.
My face warms and glows with happiness,
As I watch my friend of light radiate brighter and brighter,
Until it projects a beam down around me,
A spotlight of gleaming light.
I keep my face tilted to the moon,
While the circle of light that has enveloped me,
Begins to sparkle.
I feel a tingling sensation,
Which moves up from my feet to my legs,
And as if some wondrous magic has occurred,
They have become weightless,
Completely invisible.
The tingling moves up over my hips and back,
And further upward,
Until each part of my body it passes through,
Fades and dissolves.
Now my hands,
My arms,
Up through my shoulders and my neck,
And my face have all become weightless,
Without feeling,
Until my whole body has become completely invisible.
But I am aware,
I am still thinking,
And feeling without my body.
Where my forehead was,
I feel I am still sitting there.
I am so tiny,
But I glisten and sparkle like a star,
With light which seems not to be a reflection of the moon above,
But of my own source,
Coming from within me.
I am a shining light,
I feel so light,
So free,
I want to fly up and away.
Gently,
The moon moves higher above me,
And I,
This tiny star of light,
Happily follow.
Higher and higher we go.
The path below is like a thread now,
And even the earth is like a tiny ball.
I feel as if there is a powerful magnet pulling me to it,
And now I speed faster towards it,
Sparkling ever brighter as I go.
I go so high,
That I pass the stars,
And even the moon seems to wave me forward,
Onward and upward on this beautiful journey.
I feel so light,
Freed from the heaviness of the body,
And from the heavy pull of the earth and sky.
And still I feel a powerful energy pulling me onwards,
An energy so loving,
I am filled with excitement,
In anticipation.
In front of me is a huge expanse of glowing red and gold.
As I enter it,
There is in front of me what seems,
A light shining like a diamond,
Thousands of rays of shimmering light beams.
Each ray reaches out and touches me,
And together they gather me in,
And envelop me with waves of love,
Pure perfect love,
Like I have never experienced before.
Contentment and blissful happiness fill me to overflowing.
I am complete.
Coming from the depths of my being,
Are feelings of such love and happiness,
Like I never knew existed.
I am experiencing everything I could ever dream of and more.
There is nothing more.
I am so full,
So satisfied.
Slowly and gently,
This diamond of light releases me.
Except for one fine ray,
It attaches to me,
And slowly I float away,
Away from the diamond light,
Through the glowing red and gold ocean that had cradled me.
So slowly and so happily,
I come back down past the stars,
Past the smiling moon,
My friend,
Who had led me on a journey of such bliss and ecstasy,
I will never forget.
I find myself back over the path,
And now on the hill.
I feel I am sitting back in my forehead,
Still glowing with light and happiness.
I feel a tingle,
And I see my arms,
My hands,
My legs and feet are all slowly reappearing.
I am back,
Carrying with me the love and bliss that I not only remember,
But that I am still experiencing,
As I realise that the ray of light is still attached to that other world of red and gold.
And I can feel that diamond light close to me,
And still showering and empowering me with love and perfect contentment.
