In order to let go of anger we first need to understand what it is. We then have to accept that it is something we create within ourselves, and therefore it is totally within our power to remove it. Raja Yogi Yogesh Sharda empowers us to identify our unmet needs and, how when we address them, anger no longer has to be either felt or expressed.

Knowledge and understanding makes us wise and the sign of that wisdom is we are able to take care of our personal peace and happiness and therefore offer the best of ourselves to life and to those around me.

An essential thing to understand is how the eternal law of action and reaction works.

As I allow my mind to ponder over this wonderful eternal law,

My mind begins to settle and I realize that at the end of the day,

Ultimately,

There is complete fairness and justice within the system of life.

I realize that each action done by each person,

Whether that action is in the form of thoughts or in the form of words or in the form of behavior,

Each action will have a reaction at some point and return back to the one who has done it and therefore my mind is able to let go of feelings of injustice,

Anger or blaming.

Let me always be aware of how this law of action and reaction works and it reminds me of the two things which I need to pay attention to and that is firstly,

Let me be responsible in how I express myself in my thoughts,

My words,

My behavior.

The actions of others are their choice but the actions of my own self is entirely my choice.

Only I am responsible and secondly,

Let me use my personal resources wisely and respectfully and these resources include my mind,

My physical energy,

My wealth,

My time.

If I maintain this natural awareness of this law of action and reaction,

This law of karma,

There is no need for any worry,

There is no need to overthink.

I talk to my mind telling my mind I simply need to focus on emerging the best within me with honesty,

With dignity and with respect and whatever good actions I perform,

The results,

The fruits of those actions are destined to return to me in their own good time.

The peace which comes by understanding this law enables me to have clear thinking,

That clear thinking then leads me to making effective and good decisions in my daily life and my relationships.

To live in alignment with the law of action and reaction is to give value is to give value to my own thinking and to enable myself to best use my personal resources.
