Accommodation.
So when we think of accommodation,
Usually think of a place to stay,
Whether we're the host or the guest,
And how much of a difference it makes when the host is super accommodating,
Is there and just makes feel completely welcome,
Can let the guard down,
Rest and heal,
Relaxed,
Felt,
Met,
Needs taken care of,
And then on the host and how beneficial it can be to provide that for someone,
To be kind of a strength,
A refuge,
And a great care,
Care and nurture,
And how the feedback from the guest can be quite satisfying and lead to contentment.
So in meditation practice,
How accommodating are we with our object,
Or lack of accommodation with our object,
Or just meditation in general,
All the different things we have to do in our day,
In our life,
Can scatter the meditation,
But we really give time,
Energy,
Effort to accommodate the meditation and really make it like the most important thing during that time,
How we're taking it in,
How we're hosting,
What the accommodation is like,
Is it just bare minimum,
And sometimes that's what's needed,
Or sometimes it seems more luxurious.
Accommodation.
