I'm doing okay.
Hey,
The standard format of this podcast is who is June Edward and what does she do?
Good question.
Multi-faceted individual.
The way the world is,
You have to constantly reinvent yourself to be able to help enough people.
So I am an author,
A teacher,
A speaker,
A relationship expert,
And a psychic medium.
Well,
I am totally fascinated by this psychic stuff.
I mean,
My,
I wouldn't call my fiance a psychic,
But she very clairvoyant.
And I mean,
She doesn't do,
I mean,
She does mediumship,
But not by choice.
Let's put it that way.
And anyway,
But I want to really jump about the relationships and maybe if there's anything later that comes in here,
We can go to maybe some of the medium,
The spiritual side of it more,
But we can also include that in the relationships.
One of the biggest question here,
I just wanted to just jump right in here.
How do we identify relationships worth pursuing?
And then that's enough for now,
But then I want to go into,
I want to go into,
Well,
Then how do we use communication since this is a podcast to really build and progress relationships?
And now we can talk about all kinds of relationships,
Right?
From friendships,
Which I find are the most important intimate relationships,
Family relationships were often the most challenging for people,
Right?
And then we go into acquaintances and work relationships,
All these type of things.
And some relationships were like,
We're forced into,
And relationships are very important for the feminine,
But so how do we even identify relationships worth pursuing here?
First of all,
You don't pursue anything.
You don't chase anything in your life.
What's meant to be is going to be.
This is what the law of attraction is all about.
You should be attracting into your life what it is you want,
What it is you deserve.
Now,
The reality is we planned this life before we came here,
And we planned who was going to be in our life,
What we were going to do in our life,
Who we were going to help and what we're going to learn or what we're going to teach.
Hence my book,
All's Fair in Love and Karma.
We're here to collect our karma.
We're here to pay back karma.
We're here to help people and we had to have fun and have a good time.
People forget that too.
It's a little mini vacation when we're here,
Because when you're on the other side,
Your soul doesn't have a body.
You can't enjoy the things that you can do with the body.
You can't smell.
You can't taste.
You can't have sex.
You can't do any of those things.
So every relationship that is in your life is there for a reason.
Nothing is random.
You're always right where you're supposed to be.
And there are only three types of relationships.
It doesn't matter who they are in your life.
There is a karmic relationship,
And that's someone that is in your life specifically for you to either teach them something or for them to teach you something or maybe both.
And it's definitely someone from a past life.
We go lifetime to lifetime with all the same people in our same soul group.
And you'll know it's a karmic relationship because it never really feels quite right.
Doesn't matter if it's a boss.
It doesn't matter if it's a brother or sister or a friend.
Just something doesn't feel right.
You're always looking for the red flags,
The other shoe to drop,
Something.
And when one or the other learns the lesson that they're supposed to be learning in that relationship,
The relationship ends immediately.
And it's like you wake up one morning,
You're like,
Why am I even here?
Why do I even talk to this person?
Why are they in my life?
And if you've both learned your lesson,
It will end amicably.
If only one or the other has learned the lesson,
It will end,
But it will not be an amicable relationship.
Then you have soulmates.
And just so you know,
You have thousands of karmic relationships and thousands of soulmate relationships.
There's lots of those people out there for you,
Depending on what you attract and who you're supposed to be attracting.
Some are there for a short period of time.
Some can be there for a long period of time.
It really depends what you wrote into your life.
So a soulmate relationship,
Same thing,
They're to teach you or you teach them,
But it's also there to afford you some love and affection at the same time.
And soulmate relationships feel really comfortable.
Sometimes they move kind of fast.
You feel like you've known the person for a long time.
You really connect on a deeper level.
They're really,
Really nice.
And that's,
You know,
What everyone I would think would want to try to attain in their life is lots of soulmates in their life.
And again,
A soulmate doesn't have to be a sexual relationship.
It can be,
You know,
A parent,
A child,
Even an animal,
Because we do reincarnate as animals.
And some people have that affinity with their dog or their cat.
And soulmate relationships can last after you've learned your lesson.
They don't end like a karmic relationship.
It really depends on what you wrote into your life plan at that point.
And then there are twin flame relationships.
And there is a lot of misinformation all around the internet and all around the world about twin flames.
Some people will tell you that everyone has one and that is not true and not the case at all.
Twin flame relationships are extremely rare.
They are literally one soul that's split in two on the other side and reincarnated in two separate bodies.
They will find each other at some point in life.
When they are together,
It will be very brief.
It will only last from a few weeks to a few months at most.
It is basically a karmic and a soulmate relationship on steroids.
It's extremely intense,
Extremely sexual.
It's like nothing you've ever felt before in your life.
The energy is immense.
It's literally kundalini energy that will have your spirit leaving your body more than it's in.
And you've only come into your life,
Each other's lives,
To change each other's lives.
Because from that point forward,
No one else will ever be good enough,
Number one.
And it will put your life,
For most people,
It will cause a mass awakening,
Understanding what your soul is,
How to connect to the other side.
And it will put you on your life path.
And twin flames have a different life path than everyone else.
It's very extreme.
They're here to literally awaken the rest of the world and do something for the rest of the world in a large way.
And they also are here to learn their five soul lessons,
Like everyone else,
On top of everything else.
So most of them,
If they learn their five soul lessons and they get on the path they're supposed to be on and start doing the work they're supposed to do,
Then they have an opportunity to reunite again in this lifetime.
That's not the case for most twin flames.
Most twin flames don't end up learning their five soul lessons and don't get on their path,
So they cannot get back together in this lifetime.
They'll get back together on the other side.
And the five soul lessons that everyone is here to learn is self-worth.
Self-worth is not your value,
That's what everyone else places on you.
Self-worth is knowing that you are the only one of you in this entire world,
That you are that special,
That the universe thought that they needed you here.
And it's understanding that it's not selfish and it's not narcissistic to put yourself first.
It's where everything else comes from.
If you can't take care of yourself,
You're not going to be here to take care of somebody else.
It's that simple.
And it's loving yourself.
The next lesson is trust and communication.
And you have to be able to communicate your wants and your needs to the people that are in your life.
They don't just know by osmosis.
And it doesn't matter if it's your partner,
If it's your family member,
If it's your boss or an employee,
You have to be able to communicate your wants and your needs.
And you have to trust that there is a higher power and that there is a greater plan and that you are always right where you're supposed to be and that nothing is ever being done to you.
It's being done for you.
If you can't make the necessary step in your life to move on the path that you're supposed to be on,
The universe steps in and makes things happen.
If you're supposed to sell your house and move to another state before a new job and you're on the fence and you can't decide and it's your soul lessons where you're supposed to be,
The universe will step in and make the house burn down.
You've got no choice.
You're going to go,
Aren't you?
This is how it works.
And sex is just another form of communication as well.
If you can't trust and communicate outside the bedroom,
You're never going to be able to do it inside the bedroom.
Then you have unconditional love.
Unconditional love is not staying in a bad relationship and playing the martyr because,
Oh,
I'm supposed to love them unconditionally.
That's not what unconditional love is.
Unconditional love is saying,
I love me first,
My self-worth,
And I'm happy and grateful for the time we had together.
I'll love you unconditionally.
It's not working out.
I wish you the best.
It's not bringing us joy.
Goodbye.
That's unconditional love.
Another example of that would be if you had a child.
Suppose your child did something horrific,
Like murdering a neighbor in rage,
And they go to prison the rest of their life.
You don't like what the child did,
But hopefully you still love your child.
That's unconditional love.
Then you have money and balance.
And money is currency.
Money is energy.
That's why it's called currency.
And it's what we use in this 3D world to show whether or not your life is in balance.
Everything in the universe has to stay in balance.
For every high,
There's a low.
You have the night and the day,
The yin and the yang,
Good and evil.
Everything has to stay in balance.
And it has to be an even exchange of energy for everything in life.
So you don't walk in and plop down a million dollars to buy a loaf of bread yet.
You may at some point,
But we don't yet.
Because it's not an even exchange of energy.
If you don't have that even exchange,
Then something has no value.
It's that simple to you.
And that's how whether or not you're in balance is highlighted.
So let's say you work 60 hours a week because you want to earn a lot of money.
You have no time for yourself.
You have no time for your family,
Your friends.
Your life is completely out of balance.
And then if you're just hoarding all your money and you won't even spend it on yourself,
You won't spend the fruits of your labor on yourself because you don't have enough self-worth to think you deserve it.
So each lesson reinforces the next lesson.
And then you have patience.
And we live in a world right now of instant gratification.
Everybody wants everything right now.
They'll even text you.
And if you're not getting back to them fast enough,
They're going to call you,
Right?
Instant gratification.
They want it now.
And it doesn't work that way.
Things come to you when they're supposed to in the time that you planned it.
It would be kind of foolish if every little five-year-old girl that wanted to get married and have little baby dolls had the stork delivering real babies,
Right?
It comes when it's supposed to happen.
And then everybody sits there with,
Oh,
My biological clock is ticking.
I'm already 30 and I don't have kids.
Well,
Maybe you planned that at 40,
You were going to marry a widow and raise his children.
You don't know.
You have to really go with the flow of your life and understand that everything that's happening is happening the way you planned it.
So if you don't like it,
You've got nobody to blame but yourself.
You're welcome to try and change it.
But the only thing that you can really do here is you can delay your lessons.
And by that,
You know,
The universe wants you to think you have choice and free will.
So they'll give you an option.
You can take door one,
Two,
And three.
Most people take door one.
They go through it.
They get married.
They have a couple of kids.
They get divorced.
They're in front of door one,
Two,
And three.
What do they do?
They take door one again.
They get married.
They have a couple of kids.
They get divorced again.
They're in front of door one,
Two,
And three again.
If they learned the lesson they were supposed to learn,
They're not going to take door one again.
They might take door two or door three,
Go through and get married,
But it's not going to end the way it did the first time because they learned that lesson.
Now they have to make sure they have all the other lessons under their belt.
But as soon as you learn your lesson,
You can move on in your life.
That's how it works.
So that's your choice.
It will always bring you back to the same point again.
If you haven't learned the lesson,
You'll keep repeating it.
Now with that,
Just going right into that,
I got plenty of things here that you brought up worth diving into here.
Under that view,
It seems like,
Yes,
That the way I've been heard to describe that's helpful for me,
It's like a spiral staircase.
But instead of each time repeating,
You have a higher and higher vantage point.
You can see more and more every time.
Instead of like a hamster wheel that goes around and around,
You get a higher,
Broader perspective on what you've done before.
So now,
But with the choice view,
What I see as a potential challenge with that is people might then tend to blame themselves.
Oh,
I got it wrong.
I shouldn't have done that.
Or it might be that starts going into reward and punishment.
Oh,
I made the right choice.
Now I'm going to get rewarded.
Oh,
I made the wrong choice.
Now I'm going to get punished,
This type of thing.
So how do we address just something as simplistic as that?
So again,
We're always exactly right where we're supposed to be.
So you can't have regrets and think,
Oh,
I shoulda,
Coulda,
Woulda.
It doesn't work that way.
No matter what you do,
It's going to bring you to where you're supposed to be.
Even if you take the long way around,
You've written that into your plan.
Some people never learn.
Some people just want to keep delaying,
Delaying,
Delaying until their next lifetime.
That's fine.
And you do get rewarded in this world if you do the work.
This is how the universe works.
If you do the reward,
You get the work.
And it's not the reward for picking the right lottery number.
The reward is for doing the right thing and following your soul.
And that's the difference.
Because we are not this suit that sits here.
We are the soul,
The energy that's inside of this body.
That's who you really are.
And when you die,
Your body dies.
Your soul doesn't die.
Energy can't be destroyed.
It can only be created or changed.
So it leaves this body.
So while you're in this body,
You're playing a role.
This is like a movie scene.
You're here playing a role for a vacation,
To learn things,
To help people.
And if anyone has watched the movie Avatar,
That's a perfect rendition of what it's like.
Your soul is too big for this body.
Some of it's in your body.
Some of it's over your head that they call an aura.
And the majority of your soul is actually in the fifth dimension,
Which is the lowest level of heaven.
And that orchestrates the timing of all the events that are happening in your life.
It's your higher self,
Still part of you.
So when you get connected to that through meditation and you're in touch with your soul,
You have a knowing.
You know what you're supposed to be doing and when you're doing things right.
But when you're thinking with your head,
Your head is nothing more than a computer.
Your brain is nothing more than a computer.
It's there to help you process the information that you get and how to go through your day.
But your brain has a specific job.
Your brain's job is to protect you.
How does it do that?
It does it by creating fear.
So most people are making their decisions in life based on fear.
And when you do that,
It's literally a crapshoot.
Sometimes it's right,
Sometimes it's wrong,
But you're always questioning yourself.
When you do things from your soul,
That's your knowing.
Everyone's had something in their life that they just knew they were supposed to do it.
They just knew and they didn't question it.
They did it and it worked out a hundred percent of the time the way it's supposed to work out.
It's that simple.
And when you get in touch with your soul,
You have that knowing all the time.
You stop making decisions from your head.
They're pointless.
It's always right from your soul.
Your brain will help you follow through.
And so how do we,
What are some,
How do you,
Or just some tips in general on this unconditional love that I find is very important,
The most important thing.
How do we give that to ourselves?
Because I know that,
Yeah,
A lot of people have worthiness issues or for the masculine,
It seems to be more about honor and respect.
And for the feminine,
It seems more worthiness and value.
But either way,
How do we give this,
How do we practice unconditional love for ourselves,
For our own hearts?
I think that's very important.
Yeah.
So again,
One of the biggest things is raising your vibration.
When you raise your vibration and connect with your soul,
You can really start looking at your life from a higher perspective.
And you can understand why things are happening in your life,
Why people are coming into your life.
What was the purpose?
And you can stop being dragged down into the day-to-day drama and minutia of things,
Because that's all low vibration stuff.
That's just,
It's garbage.
Actually,
It's just garbage.
You get out of the garbage.
And it's interesting because when we're born,
Our soul is in this new little baby,
And it still has a lot of memories from its past lives before it starts losing them all.
And they have all the lessons.
You've had the lessons from the other side.
So you trust,
You trust that everything's going to be taking care of you.
You have unconditional love for everybody that comes over and wants to play with you.
You have some patience until you really need a diaper change.
And then we start growing into the experience that we're supposed to be having here.
And that's what this is.
This is an experience that you're supposed to be having here.
And every challenge that you've written into your life plan is to help your soul grow.
That's the whole point of being here,
Is soul growth.
The whole point of the five lessons is soul growth,
So that your soul can continue to advance into the higher realms,
Basically,
Because heaven is layered.
It's higher realms.
And to help other souls achieve and learn their lessons as well.
So self-worth is all about understanding your purpose here,
Why you're here,
Getting out of the lower vibrational stuff and understanding that high vibration,
And getting in touch with your soul.
And when you do that,
It's almost unconditional love just starts coming automatically,
Quite honestly.
It has to do with being in that higher vibration.
How many people come to you and say,
What's my purpose?
What's my purpose?
Do you get a lot of that?
A lot of people,
A lot of people.
And I created the Relationship Mastery Program about five years ago for people that were always coming to me with relationship issues.
They were going through a divorce or separation or,
You know,
A lot of men I just felt so bad for because they're all,
I've done everything I think I'm supposed to be doing,
I don't understand.
And it's a seven-week program,
And it teaches all of the five lessons.
And it changes your life so much that I only work with one person,
That's all you need.
When someone changes,
Everything else changes.
For every action there's an equal or greater reaction that occurs.
And we're always,
We're magnets.
So we're always either attracting or repelling at any given time.
And when you raise your vibration and you start getting into the law of attraction,
One of the biggest things is balancing your energy.
Otherwise you have,
You know,
Everything has to stay in balance.
If you get that high and start attracting,
Then you're going to crash if you can't balance your energy.
So that's also what I teach.
And it started out just being,
You know,
People in that type of a situation and ended up being people that wanted to better their business,
People that wanted to improve their lives,
People that just wanted to get on the right path in life,
Because they didn't understand what's my purpose here.
And when you get in touch with your soul and you understand all this and you raise your vibration,
You start looking at things from that higher perspective.
It's almost like you're just looking down at everything in life and everything starts to make sense.
Again,
We planned it like a Monopoly game,
You know,
So when you can look down and say,
Oh,
I get it now,
It's easy to look behind you and see how everything in your life has brought you to the next thing and the next thing and the next thing and the next thing to bring you where you are right now.
It's harder to pick up on the cues going forward.
Got it.
Now the thing I talked about at the beginning,
Communication.
So what have you learned about communication in general,
Especially in relationships?
And then also what do you teach about it too?
I'm sure they're pretty close to the same.
So people have different communication styles.
And those are the things that they've kind of learned depending on where they grew up,
Whether it was an area that they grew up or a culture that they grew up in.
But at the end of the day,
Everyone still has to learn how to communicate their needs to other people and their wants.
And not only to other people,
But to the universe,
Because,
You know,
Angels,
Guides,
The whole universe wants to see you achieve and wants you to have what you want.
But if you don't understand how to communicate that,
They don't know,
They can't help you.
And one of the biggest things I found is that,
You know,
When you're having issues in a relationship,
Or,
You know,
You're with new people that you don't really know,
One of the biggest triggers for other people that are not on that higher vibration is asking them questions.
Even if it's your own relationship,
And you,
You know,
You're not getting along well,
And you walk into the kitchen and hey,
How was your day?
What the hell do you care how my day was?
You really don't know.
You weren't here all day long.
So it's a trigger for them.
So if you change things from a question to a statement with people,
There's that delay in their computer brain that doesn't trigger them.
If you walk in and say,
Hey,
Sweetie,
I hope you had a nice day today.
Now they're thinking,
He hopes I had a nice day.
Did I have a nice day?
Hmm.
Well,
It didn't really go the way I liked,
But see how it changed the whole concept of how they how they picked up on that.
So that's a huge thing that people can try and train themselves to do differently in a relationship,
Any relationship.
That's very helpful.
Because me,
I just I'm just curious by nature,
I love to learn.
But I know that not everybody takes questions the same way that I do that wants to look for,
You know,
Truth and the way things are investigate reality.
A lot of people aren't interested in that.
And they take it as Oh,
I should know this.
It's,
You know,
We taught in school that I'm the teacher,
You're the student,
You don't question my authority,
This type.
So there's so many different ideas and dynamics around questioning.
So I have to,
The more mindful I am of that,
Not everybody's on the same page of where I come with my curiosity here and wanting to know and learn and grow through questions.
So yeah,
It's a little bit different.
Exactly.
Yeah.
Okay.
So I agree.
So yeah,
Now you talked,
I thought this,
Well,
Since we're on relationship here,
What about lessons that you've learned?
I mean,
Since you're a public figure,
Right?
Lessons you've learned from relationship,
We don't have to go into personal details or anything,
But lessons you've already learned.
And then yeah,
What you I mean,
Just general relationship advice you would give people you've gave that you haven't already given.
Yeah.
So again,
You know,
You have to remember that everything in life happens for a reason.
Nothing is random.
You chose this life and I'll be happy to give you from my own experience.
You know,
I was married twice.
My first husband,
I thought he was a soulmate.
I still feel he was a soulmate.
He has a lot,
He has to learn all the lessons.
Unfortunately,
He wrote a lot of other issues into his life that he needs to overcome and he's still learning and working on.
However,
We had two children and I ended up going in for back surgery and that's when I died at 27 and came back here by choice.
And if you're supposed to know something,
You'll know it,
Your soul knows it.
But if you're not supposed to know it,
They literally put a veil over you so you're not.
And he had been cheating on me since before my surgery and for actually three years before I had my third child.
And I literally came back here from the other side for my children because I knew I was supposed to be here for my children.
And had I not come back,
I wouldn't have my third child with him.
Had I known he was cheating,
I would not have had my third child with him.
I had no clue.
So when people act like,
Oh,
They must know,
They must know.
No,
I had,
I truly had no clue.
Everyone around me knew and alienated me because they were uncomfortable and assumed I knew.
I had no idea.
But as soon as that baby was born,
It clicked in my head.
It just clicked.
He must be cheating on me.
Where does that come from?
And as soon as I checked,
Sure enough.
So don't feel like,
Oh,
I'm missing something.
I should have been more observant.
I should have known.
You'll know things when you're supposed to know things and not before.
That's how it works.
And don't chase.
You know,
My second husband,
He and I dated for many years and we split up for over six months.
There was no communication.
We didn't travel in the same circles.
I missed him terribly.
And he clearly missed me just as much.
And when you're supposed to be together,
You will be.
The universe put us together at a wedding.
Neither one of us knew the bride or groom.
We were both there with other people as their guest.
And boom,
We saw each other across the room.
So when it's supposed to be,
You don't have to force it.
It will be.
And sometimes it will be later and not now.
So keep that in mind.
You don't have,
You don't pursue,
You don't chase.
When it's right,
It's right.
When it's supposed to happen,
It will happen.
And that's,
You know,
You have to do your part.
You can't say,
You know,
Please bring me six foot tall,
Dark and handsome and never leave your couch and think it's going to be the UPS guy or the mailman.
You have to do your part.
You have to put yourself out there so the universe can have it happen.
So there is self-responsibility in there somewhere.
Okay.
So that they can put you together,
But they will do it.
That's wonderful.
I would have saved so much time and trouble and heartache and confusion.
If I would have got this simple relationship advice a lot earlier,
We just said,
If it's meant to happen,
It'll happen.
If it's not meant to happen,
It won't.
It's just,
Yeah,
It takes a lot of burden off the shoulders.
And then this beautiful wisdom of,
We'll get exactly what we need,
Exactly when we need it.
And then all the kind of worry and anxiety that comes along with lack is out.
Now,
What we want,
That's a whole nother story.
And you've talked a little bit about the law of retraction.
And I'm going to set that aside for now because I'm personally,
Honestly,
I'm not as interested in that right now.
So I mean,
Some of those teachings are beautiful,
But yeah.
So which kind of leads me to my next point.
What about letting go?
There's a great spiritual wisdom in letting go,
Non-clinging,
Not holding onto things too tightly.
And how do you feel about this?
Do you have any words to say?
Well,
Letting go and non-clinging are two different things.
Those are two different things.
Everyone,
We're here to live freely.
We're all here to live freely.
And you can't make someone do anything.
No one has that power over you.
No one can make you happy.
No one can make you sad.
That's all on you.
You are responsible for your feelings and you are responsible for the emotions that you express for those feelings.
Okay?
So if you're sad and lonely and you're expressing that by clinging,
That's your issue and your problem and you need to stop.
Okay?
Because we're all occupying your time and your emotions with something else.
It brings joy into your life and raise your vibration.
That's why we're here.
And as far as letting go,
There is never any letting go,
Is there?
Because again,
We're all energetic beings.
And even if you're ending a relationship and you're parting ways,
You have unconditional love and you keep that in your heart.
And that's key.
When you think of that person,
You remember the good times.
You remember the reasons they were together.
Why were you together?
What did they teach you?
What did you teach them?
What did they bring into your life?
Apparently it was joyful for a while or you wouldn't have been together at any point in time.
So that's what you have to hold in your heart and your emotions is those joyful moments.
And the moments that weren't so joyful,
The reason that you're not together anymore,
Right?
Because you want still bringing that joy to each other and you have different paths and different ways to go or you've grown apart.
And again,
Different paths,
Different ways to go,
Different people that you need to bring in your life,
Things that you need to do.
We're all individuals here.
And again,
If it doesn't feel right,
Then it's not right.
I love these heart qualities that you mentioned of joy.
And there's also compassion and kindness and equanimity too and how they're not dependent on a self or me or anyone else.
There's these boundless qualities that are just so amazing that all beings everywhere eventually or have experienced these qualities throughout their different lifetimes is what I understand.
And they're not dependent on this,
Like you said,
This outer shell that we mistake for a permanent unchanging self.
So now this notion of helping people,
I think I want to start wrapping this up and I'm really on board with this service to others.
So what do you have to say about service to others?
How can we help people?
You mentioned helping ourselves.
I totally agree.
If we're not in a space where we can be of service to others,
Then I feel I can actually even cause harm if I'm not in a good space.
And then for me,
It's about being open to feedback and asking people,
How can I help?
But I want to hear about this because I love this notion of service to others and helping people and what you have to say about that.
Well,
First of all,
No man is an island.
No one got where they are in this world alone.
I don't care who it is,
What it is.
Businesses didn't get where they are alone.
They had their employees doing the work with them,
Helping them,
Their customers come in and exchange of energy there.
No one got where they are by themselves.
And yes,
You have a lot of introverts that like to stay by themselves and recharge their energy or empaths that have to shed off all that energy that they've collected.
But the reality of it is,
We are here to all help each other,
To uplift each other,
To help raise each other's vibration and help each other play the role that they're supposed to be here for.
Like I said,
It's like a big,
Think of this as a big mass movie production,
Okay?
And you're helping people in small ways all the time,
As long as you have a higher vibration,
Even if you don't realize it.
Let's say you just go to the grocery store and the girl behind the counter has the most lovely smile and nobody says anything.
They're just going back and forth the chain,
Bag my groceries.
How much is this?
Yelling it.
You've got the most beautiful smile.
And she's just going to be,
Oh my God,
Really?
Thank you.
It's just,
You know,
You down raised her vibration that much more.
And you don't know what each person is going through.
A lot of people are very stuck in their brain and stuck in their head and they're stuck in depression and low vibration to the point,
This is the holiday season.
A lot of people want to commit suicide.
They want to leave this earth because they think it's so terrible here.
They don't understand that,
Wait a minute,
That'll change.
You can change it.
You're supposed to be learning something from the position that you're in right now.
What is it you're supposed to be learning?
You know,
You can make the difference in so many people's lives with just a small act of kindness.
And you know,
Even the person,
The beggar on the street,
All right,
I'm going to give that example because I love it.
My brother-in-law was a beggar on the street for a long time.
Little did I know he was making about a hundred grand a year.
It was all going up his nose.
But you have legitimate people that have drug addiction or alcohol addictions.
They've lost everything they can't maintain.
It was a challenge they wrote into their life that they have not overcome yet.
Okay.
Maybe they will.
A lot of,
I've seen a lot of people change their life around later in life,
But it's a challenge they wrote in because a lot of us have addictions and we have to channel it somewhere.
Right.
But even,
You know,
I don't give money to people like that because it's only going to inhibit their growth at that point.
But I'm happy to buy them a meal,
Happy to give them a bottle of water.
I'm happy to drop them a blanket if they need it,
Something like that.
I've even taken them in my home,
Which I don't do any longer,
But I've done that as well.
Just the way I say a place to sleep and,
You know,
Their wants and needs will be fulfilled if they ask the universe,
If they want food and a bed,
All they've got to do is ask and somebody will come by and say,
Hey,
You know,
The church down the street tonight.
That's,
You know,
So it's there if you ask for it and all you have to do that little bit of kindness to each other.
That's all you have to do.
It's like a pebble in a pond.
Okay.
You're nice to one person and elevate them a little bit.
They're going to,
They're going to do the same to the next person and they'll do the same to the next person and it will just continue.
Well,
Beautiful and lovely.
And I do the same thing with panhandlers.
I have,
Or used to,
Have granola bars in my car to hand out,
You know,
And I know that I get out of it easy by just,
You know,
Dropping one of those off.
But,
You know,
It's,
It's this intention too.
And sometimes you can sense that,
Like you're saying,
That it's going to be used for drugs.
And sometimes I just will leave a blessing,
You know,
May you be blessed with,
You know,
All the joy your heart desires,
Or may you be blessed with a lovely day,
These types of things.
So safe,
Especially when you're out on the street,
Safety is a great blessing to bestow.
So,
All right.
Well,

If you'd like to leave us with some kind of final words,
A message,
Would you want to leave people with?
One thing that I would like to leave everyone with is,
You know,
You are a soul having a human experience,
But this human experience in this body needs contact with other humans.
And the older we get,
The tougher that is.
I know most of my parents passed a few years ago at the age of 93,
And they died on the same day,
At the same age,
One year apart.
You can't make that up.
But they hadn't been together in 60 years.
And,
You know,
I hugged them.
They never told me they loved me.
I'm one of eight children.
And they came from a generation where you didn't say that if you worked and put food on the table that you were supposed to know it.
But when I was in my 30s,
You know,
I wanted to forgive them for the upbringing that I had,
Because it was very difficult.
And I gave them each a hug and told them that I loved them.
And they cried.
And they weren't getting any physical contact,
Especially,
You know,
As they get older,
And they get the nursing homes.
And so people need that physical contact,
No matter who it is.
So give them a hug.
You know,
We hug our animals,
Right?
We hug our dogs.
We hug the person if we're in an intimate relationship,
But hug everybody else,
Too.
They need it.
They need that physical contact.
They need that connection.
They need to know that there's love there.
