Welcome to this guided meditation designed to support you through what I usually call a tower moment.
A tower moment is a period of change and transformation in your life.
Just ask the tower guard in the tarot deck where everything seems to crumble.
These moments usually come with the opportunity for rebirth and renewal.
They give us a chance to rebuild from the ground up.
So in this guided meditation I will invite you to journey through the process of releasing the old and embracing the new,
Tapping into the power of the divine feminine within you.
This is a moment to call for your inner strength,
Resilience and wisdom as you navigate this period of change with grace and courage.
It's also an opportunity to cultivate self-compassion and extend that compassion to others who might be going through similar challenges.
So as we embark on this journey together I invite you to find a comfortable position.
You can stay either seated or lying down where you can fully relax and let go.
And let's begin by bringing our awareness to our breath,
Taking a big deep inhale through the nose and exhaling everything through your mouth.
And once more in your own rhythm.
With each breath allow yourself to release any tension or resistance that you might be holding into.
Start letting go of the weight of the past and the uncertainty of the future.
Bring your awareness fully into the present moment,
Using your breath as the anchor to the present moment.
And if your breath is not enough to anchor yourself,
You can even say I'm here now.
I'm here now.
Continue bringing the awareness to your breath,
Bringing yourself every time more to this moment,
To this meditation.
Now bring to mind a difficult moment or situation you're currently facing.
It doesn't have to be overwhelming and challenging,
But rather choose something causing you stress,
Suffering or anger,
But something you can manage at this moment.
Once you have chosen it,
Start by simply sitting with it,
Allowing that issue or situation to come into your mind,
Noticing how it makes you feel,
How it's affecting your thoughts and emotions.
Try to notice it without any judgment,
Just observing as you were seeing the situation from outside.
And start by acknowledging that this is a tough moment,
Recognizing that for you this is hard,
It is causing suffering and that's okay,
You have the right to feel this way.
You have the right to feel frustrated,
Allowing yourself to feel vulnerable,
Because vulnerability is a strength and everything you feel is always valid,
It's always okay,
And right now,
Wherever you're feeling,
You have the right to feel this way.
Take a deep inhale through your nose and an exhale in through your mouth,
And once more.
Now start expanding your awareness to connect with all the people across the world who might be feeling something similar or alike,
Who might be going through a difficult situation themselves,
Perhaps very similar to yours.
Imagine all those people around the world living through similar situations,
Suffering for the same reasons,
Dealing with feelings of sadness,
Anger,
And feeling that they are not understood.
Imagine them as little lights over the world,
And while you imagine them all around the world,
You start realizing that you are not alone,
You are not alone.
You start seeing how this suffering you're feeling now is part of the human experience,
That you are never alone in your suffering and you have never been,
And that all those people are going through the same thing.
And acknowledge how this makes you feel,
And with your breath,
Start sending them your love,
Sending them your well wishes all around the world,
For all the people going through a hard time,
Your good vibes for them to get better,
For them to find joy again,
For them to gain back their confidence in themselves,
Because you know they deserve it,
You know this is just temporary.
Inhale through your nose,
And exhale everything through your mouth,
And again,
With your exhale,
Send this wave of love all over the world,
And as you wish them for that,
You start noticing that you feel within yourself that at a deeper level,
You know this won't last for you neither.
You know you're part of this great human family,
And that we're all going through these moments,
No matter our culture,
No matter our background,
Our gender,
Or even our age,
Everyone at some point is facing these challenges,
And you realize that soon joy will return,
Ease will return,
Your desires will return,
Your motivation,
As part of the great wheel of life in which everything passes,
In which every season transforms into another one,
And staying with your eyes closed,
Bring your right arm on top of your left shoulder,
And bring your left arm below your right arm,
Giving yourself a lovely hug,
Start feeling the warmth of your arms as you wrap yourself,
Offering yourself comfort and support,
Taking a moment to acknowledge all that you're going through,
And offering yourself kindness and understanding,
And you can choose a phrase,
An affirmation that you want to choose for support,
Maybe something that you have been waiting for somebody else to tell you,
But that you can say to yourself now,
I love you,
No matter what,
I'm with you,
I support you,
And I won't abandon you,
It will be okay,
You're always perfect for me,
I love you,
I forgive you,
I am with you,
And you can add any phrase that you want,
And as we begin to bring this meditation to a close,
Take a moment to express gratitude for this opportunity for growth and transformation,
Bring your right hand into your heart,
And your left hand on top of it,
And thank yourself for showing up,
For doing the inner work,
To embrace change with an open heart,
And now envision your future self standing along a beautiful structure that you have built,
And see her looking back at you with gratitude and pride,
Hear her saying thank you for your resilience,
For your strength,
Thank you for keeping going,
Thank you for keep going,
Thank you for not giving up,
And thank you for trusting in the process,
You are stronger than you know,
And I'm here to guide you every step of the way,
And start leaving behind that vision,
And coming back to your body,
Bringing your awareness to your breath once more,
Taking a deep inhale through the nose,
And exhaling everything through your mouth,
And a last time,
Feeling free to do any noise you want while exhaling,
And start to gently wiggling your fingers and toes,
Bringing awareness back to your physical body,
Taking a few last deep breaths,
And when you're ready,
Slowly open back your eyes,
My beautiful soul,
Remember your powerful,
Resilient,
Magnificent,
And capable of turning any tower moment into an opportunity for growth or renewal,
Trusting yourself and the journey that lies ahead,
Allow yourself to embrace the change and transformation that is unfolding within you,
And always remember to extend love,
Compassion,
And kindness towards yourself and towards others,
