Notice it arriving and leaving.

Just allow your breath to be natural,
A quiet rhythm that you can always return to.
Simply notice what's present inside you right now.
It might be thoughts,
Feelings,
Or maybe a sense of nothing in particular.
Whatever is here,
Allow it to be here.
If you feel any resistance,
That's okay.
Let even the resistance be accepted.
You can softly say to yourself,
I am willing to be with this.
This too belongs.
Notice when you stop pushing against what's here and start offering it a little kindness instead.
But you're simply letting it exist without judgment.
There is no right,
And there is no wrong.
The joy and the pain,
All of it is welcome.
